I am writing this review as I just saw what happened to me in 2020 happened to the 4Runner review of March 2023. It’s pretty telling when you have to worry about what type of cosmetic damage your SUV will sustain by having uncaring Ira techs perform “Toyota Care” on your $43,000 purchase and it’s obvious the proble type of cosmetic damage your SUV will sustain by having uncaring Ira techs perform “Toyota Care” on your $43,000 purchase and it’s obvious the problem stems from Ira’s condescending disservice manager. The first damage occurred with only 90 miles while having something a simple as a MA State inspection performed. Next 3000 mile “service” the Ira tech marred & chipped the powder coating on all four alloy rims while rotating the tires. We now travel 45 miles to Dartmouth Toyota for service and let me tell you, the travel time and expense is definitely worth the peace of mind. More

Adding to yesterdays review. I don’t think it could get any worse. I spent $40,000 on this car and got treated like I was some teen ager who just bought a clunker. I went to pick up my documents, reg and inspection. They handed me the reg and told me I could drive over to service building and get the car inspected. They got grease on my seat covers, grease inside on the door and removed my beach sticker when I specifically asked them not to. When I asked about my documents they points at someone and said go see him. When he finally found and handed me the documents they were not mine. They belonged to a poor person who was being charged 21% interest on the loan. The icing on the cake….. the conditional delivery agreement was dated 7/18. I bought the car in 7/27. My fault for thinking they were honest. More

I bought a car today from Ira Toyota and they did not give me the RTA form, Cert of Origin, bill of sale or loan papers. There is no inspection sticker or registration sticker. No mention of me needing to come back for the stickers. Sloppy business practice. Felt underhanded. On top of that they charge $495 for docs. Falmouth Toyota charges $95. And Ira charge $295 for nitrogen in the tires. Cost them about $10 a tire. They told me that happens at the point of entry. “Can’t get around it”. Many other Toyota dealers told me this was BS. Unfortunately I needed a car as soon as possible and had no choice but to buy from them. There are 3 Toyota drivers in my house. Non of them will be serviced at Ira! More

With the news of the old school 4 Runner going away for a newer revamped model I went into Ira Toyota about 6+ months ago and met with my sales consultant Justin. Justin and I hit it off instantly and he rea newer revamped model I went into Ira Toyota about 6+ months ago and met with my sales consultant Justin. Justin and I hit it off instantly and he really listened to what I want (order). Justin turned his computer and went over all options and confirmation, and shows me the rough lead time-allocation. After we agreed to the build, estimated lead time and price I left…about 3 weeks later I get a follow up call from Justin saying nothings changed but wanted to keep me informed, wasn’t annoying or the typical sales call…we actually talked for 15-20 minutes and out of that 1 minute about the truck. After the first conversation, I got follow up calls through the acceptance of the order, order-build and finally it’s on a ship coming from Japan…the communication was much more expected and every call was the same, 1 minute or less about the truck; 15-20 about life… I couldn’t ask for a better, knowledgeable sales consultant that has the best communication and is a real person. Justin, looking forward to the new truck and many more to follow. Thank you for being you. More
