Mr. Lopes, I half-expected a response that portrays a caring employee culture at the Ira of Hyannis dealership. A response to reassure perspective customers reading this review of Ira’s commitment to customer satisfaction however, your reassurances and unsatisfactory offer to have chipped and dented rims “polished” proves otherwise. The fact of the matter is, my 4Runner, which I purchased from Ira of Hyannis, was in showroom condition prior to an Ira tech’s irresponsible use of an impact wrench as well as his flagrant disregard for an Ira customer’s expensive property. Your offer to have the small arc-shaped dents & chipped-off powder coating polished by a third-party vendor is shameful. Chuck Begnal himself acknowledged their worth when he arrogantly scoffed, “Those rims cost over a thousand dollars each!”, which is percisely the reason I requested new replacements. I didn’t purchase the truck with “touched-up” rims and I shouldn’t have to settle for such. If Ira wants a positive review, they need to make things whole again by furnishing four brand new OEM Toyota rims. All the negative reviews posted on this site is indicative of how Ira’s acquisition of Hyannis Toyota and subsequent management practices has ruined what was once considered a great dealership by it’s loyal customers.
