Went for an oil change because I thought I needed one. I was told that I could wait even though the sticker in the car had today’s date to change the oil. I did get my tires rotated for $19.95. My guess is that if I went to an oil change place they would have changed the oil. Also the price quoted for the oil change at Ira was at least $10 cheaper. I’m impressed by their honesty and prices. They now have my regular business for both our cars. More
Absolutely horrible service experience. When I checked in the advisor told me approx 90 minutes to complete service. Dave was great. Not informed lunch is 12/30 - 1:20. xxxx poor communication! Two other customers in waiting room said the same thing. Really no excuse for this. Haven't liked this dealership since IRA bought it. I've been a customer of theirs for well over 20 years. I waited in line for 10- 15 minutes. I was the only one in line. There were 3 guys at their co I've been a customer of theirs for well over 20 years. I waited in line for 10- 15 minutes. I was the only one in line. There were 3 guys at their computers ignoring me. Finally got their attention. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to do a oil change and tire rotation. Then they told me I need all new brakes. They had just put new front calipers in 7000 miles ago, why did they not do the pads. Seems like they had bad news for every customer while I was there. I've done over $3000 worth of repairs over the last 30,000 miles in the car. I really am starting not to trust them. Think I'll take the car to Lou's brake and muffler. I'M done with them. More
Had an appointment for 10AM, dropped car off on time, called to check at 5 pm. Told car not yet looked at, and would need another day, not acceptable.
