When driving by their facility, their.parking lots are no longer filled with cars as they once were. A recent experience in their service department is one example of my frustration. The appointment to have my vehicle’s oil changed and tires rotated was at 9:30.AM. Work on the car did not begin until 10:45 AM and was finally ready for pickup at 11:50 AM. The bill included a tire rotation fee of $19.95 that I had been made aware of but only when the car was brought in for service. This represents a departure from the previous policy of free tire rotations when the tires were purchased from the dealership. Needless to say, I’m not a satisfied customer. More

I was very impressed with this dealership from the purchase of my car to my first 5000 mile service.. The waiting room was very comfortable and my car was ready quickly. In the mail I received a promotional oil change offer from IRA TOYOTA HYANNIS. I presented myself and my Toyota RAV4 at the dealership (without an appointment) and was very kindly treated by David Nicker from IRA TOYOTA HYANNIS. I presented myself and my Toyota RAV4 at the dealership (without an appointment) and was very kindly treated by David Nickerson, your Toyota agent. Mr Nickerson very politely arranged to have the necessary service performed on my RAV4. I was taken home and later picked up by an IRA driver and returned to pickup my serviced vehicle. I could not have had a better service visit ! Thank you ! More
