Very swell. Only been out of dealer for 2 hours, so difficult to provide any more info regarding service quality. Asked to have my service record book stamped a Only been out of dealer for 2 hours, so difficult to provide any more info regarding service quality. Asked to have my service record book stamped and told “stamp out of ink”. Seems like $100+ bill would ensure the stamp was fuly functional. Was “hand” stamped. More
Won't be going back. Took almost 3 hours for a scheduled oil change then they tried to charge me in spite of me having a service contract. I told them when I scheduled an Took almost 3 hours for a scheduled oil change then they tried to charge me in spite of me having a service contract. I told them when I scheduled and I told them again when I dropped it off. The guy snaps at me for "not telling them" and had me go sit down while he "fixed" my ticket. 30 minutes later I go back to the counter and he hadn't touched my paperwork! Said there were other people ahead of me! So nothing else I've paid for on my service contract even got checked....no car wash even. I'll find a new dealer next time! Oh yeah, the customer waiting area looks like a spare room where they just threw in a bunch of chairs. For the money they charge I expected much better. More
