Hello, Thank you for your feedback about receiving the text message about your vehicle while here for service recently. This process has been in place for a bit but as with all new processes, there are tweaks that need to be made in order to ensure the process works in the way it was designed to. I need to use your case as a learning opportunity, so we can fix the issue in the future. I will work with the service manager to develop some word tracks for our service writers to inform all customers of the process of sending the text message.
