If you have a few hours to spare. Had an appointment but told it would be 90 minutes for an oil change. More like 2 1/2 hours before completion. Usually very good service but I was disappointed today. Ira has a new text message process that was confusing. I received a text that indicted all had gone well. So I went to pay the bill only to find o Ira has a new text message process that was confusing. I received a text that indicted all had gone well. So I went to pay the bill only to find out the car was still being worked on. That made no sense. And the text indicated a total cost but when I went to the cashier the second time the bill was about 20% more. Therefore it was not a good customer experience. It was below average. Ira needs to improve the texting process. More
