The service at this dealership is definitely not the same before it was bout. They are in fact very respectful but will not make a bad service appointment right. I had struts' replaced on my car last march. before it was bout. They are in fact very respectful but will not make a bad service appointment right. I had struts' replaced on my car last march. After I got it back, i heard a clunking noise when i drove, and a plastic screen from under my car was dislodged. I went back and they re-installed the cover from under my car. When i was there i told them about the noise and a technician drove around the lot, and remarked that it was simply because the car was old. Noise never went away and got worse. I took it to Falmouth Toyota and was told that screws or springs were loose on the front strut and was told it wasn't a toyota part but an aftermarket part which cost me an additional $160. Went back to Ira to see what could be done. this was not the only service issue i had with them, so i have called it quits on this dealership. More

Excellent service on my new to me Toyota Tacoma. Kept me informed at each step of the repair and contacted me when the service was completed.
