monttlp59, I have been told that you have spoken with our service manager regarding your concern. I was informed that the repair to the struts on your vehicle had been completed in March of 2023 at 218,350 miles; all of our repairs have a 12-month warranty for parts. I see that you had mentioned you had spoken with a technician about the noise in May of 2023 at 221,790 miles but, unfortunately, he had not been able to recreate it. It was suggested to put a credit for half the amount you'd spent at another dealership into your file, but I am told that you declined. I am sorry that this situation has occurred and we would still be happy to provide you a credit in your file if you would like. If you choose to do so, please reach out to me at the email below. What I didn’t include in my previous review was that I had 2 additional issues with your dealership AFTER the strut issue. After all the problems I had with your shop, A credit for service at your dealership isn’t a solution for me. While I was relaying my complaint to one of your service guys, he said that they were required to over book services to an impossible number of cars. You clearly have an issue with overbooking and not training your personnel adequately
