I have now had two interactions with the service staff, and both have been excellent. I specifically requested to have my window washer fluid refilled because I kept getting messages on my dashboard about its being low; however, it was NOT, even though the invoice said it had been "topped." refilled because I kept getting messages on my dashboard about its being low; however, it was NOT, even though the invoice said it had been "topped."! Additionally, I was very turned off by the waiting line to check in. There are Toyota staff who walk around or work on their computer and refuse to even make eye contact. It's very rude and I must have stood there for 10 minutes (and I was 2nd in line!). I will say though that Nicole was very helpful when I was finally asked to approach the service desk. I have been an Ira Toyota customer for many years now, but I will probably end my relationship with the company because I have seen it deteriorate in service and customer service. I used to be able to get a free car wash, a loaner car when my car needed extended time to be serviced and the people at the front desk were friendly. A few years ago, I even had someone snap at me and the manager came out to apologize for his behavior (and the man also apologized). It's been quite disheartening to see this once stellar company become cranky, inefficient and apparently unwilling to extend a helping hand. More
