I have never had to return after a service appointment to correct something that wasn't done or done right. I am glad I live near by so that they will continue to service my car and be there when I need a new car. More

The Service Department at Hyannis Toyota has always been great to work with. They do exceptional work and all of the service personel are wonderful to work with. The last time that I was in for service Gina greated me with a smile and got me in and out of there before the time estimate. All of the work that I had requested be done was and was done right the first time. Gina also explained all of the things that had been done and what will need to be done coming up. It is nice to be able to plan on getting my truck serviced and not just needing to have the truck serviced because something happened. My bottom line is that Hyannis Toyota is a great place to go for both sales and service. More
