I've bought three cars from Hyannis Toyota and had them all serviced there. The first went to 205,000 miles, the second to 204,000, and I'm working on the third (currently at 174,000 with zero maintenance all serviced there. The first went to 205,000 miles, the second to 204,000, and I'm working on the third (currently at 174,000 with zero maintenance problems). My service experience at Hyannis Toyota is always excellent: The people are friendly, the waiting room is nicer than my living room, and they take excellent care of my car. I don't feel pressured to do anything, but they keep me informed in a timely way of things that need to be done to keep it in good working condition. In turn, that means even when I'm driving my high-mileage cars, I never worry about hearing a weird sound, not being able to get it started, etc., because my dealership takes care of it so well. More
i needed four tires for my RAV 4. i knew this was going to be expensive so i started researching the best price for instillation and tires on line. it just so happened i received a coupon in the mail from to be expensive so i started researching the best price for instillation and tires on line. it just so happened i received a coupon in the mail from toyota about matching all competitors written quotes for tires. i went to three other businesses and got estimates. when i went to toyota meaghan explained they will match the internet printed quote i gave her for the tires i chose. price for the alignments was not cheaper but when meaghan explained her companies equipment and process i felt more comfortable. it took one day for the tires to come in, and a couple of hours to install. hyannis toyota took care of the two recalls i have had forever. the mechanic noticed my water pump had a very slight drip but wanted to replace it seeing i only had 30 more miles until the warranty was up. i made an appointment a few days later and the pump was replaced under warranty. my overall experience was exceptional. the hyannis toyota team made sure my car was checked completely. i went in for four tires, got state of the art technology for my alignment, saved $200.00 on the tires, checked completely for recalls, and a new water pump replaced under warranty. the water pump was replaced because it appeared to be dripping and they did not want to take any chances. i dont know how much that would have cost me but if i had to guess part and labor $300.00. not only did i save about $500.00, but i feel that hyannis toyota appreciates me as a customer, and is looking out for me. knowing my car is safe puts a blanket on my nerves for sure. i recommend hyannis toyota for all the above reasons and would like to add every person i dealt with treated me with the most respect and kindness. i also love how hyannis has a very large waiting area with recliners, and a wide screen tv. they also have a number of computers we can use while waiting. not only that but the kitchen is filled with many free snacks, coffee, etc. i appreciate all hyannis toyota's team of workers who made my experience a pleasure. patricia robinson south yarmouth ma More
Left on the rear seat were the oil and filter my husband intended to use before the Corolla went in for service. When Rick took us for a diagnostic road test I mentioned that recovering from chemotherapy intended to use before the Corolla went in for service. When Rick took us for a diagnostic road test I mentioned that recovering from chemotherapy has left my husband with well meaning intentions but that some days he simply doesn't feel well enough to do much. Hence, the undone oil change. I asked Rick to simply disregard the oil and filter and concentrate only on the matter at hand. To my astonishment, later that day when I picked up the car Karen mentioned that the technician had changed the oil adding that he felt that "It was no big deal as the car was already up on the lift for service." NO BIG DEAL? NOT SO! THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! Thank You. More
Currently in our household we own five Toyota's. Over the years I have owned 14 different Toyota models going back to my first which was a 1971 Land Cruiser. I do a lot fo driving and need to be able to depend on my vehicles. After going to many delerships I moved to Hyannis Toyota because of the customer that is second to none provided by Judy Johnson and her staff. Judy makes me feel like a member of the Toyota family and not just another number coming through the door. Her no nonsense approach to explaining what I need and what she and her staff recommnend keeps me rolling along without worry. I see this we all of the customers who are handled by the staff at Hyannis Toyota. I would highly recommend this dealership for top notch auto care. More
The service is always wonderful. They are able to diagnose problems that other places have trouble with; and they are able to correct said problems without difficulty, at reasonable prices. I also a diagnose problems that other places have trouble with; and they are able to correct said problems without difficulty, at reasonable prices. I also apreciate the follow up calls about the quality of service that I recieved. Hyannis Toyota is an excellent dealership. The service is great, the staff is professional and caring, and the facility can't be beat - lounge chairs, internet cafe, children's play area, AND coffee and good great, the staff is professional and caring, and the facility can't be beat - lounge chairs, internet cafe, children's play area, AND coffee and goodies. As a woman, they treat us with courtesy and respect unlike other dealerships who are quite condescending when a woman goes in alone to get her car serviced. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. It is fantastic!! More
My wife had a flattire on her 2010 Prius. She drove in to get a new tire. Was told she had to replace it with the exact same tire or would "void her warranty" was not given any other options and they cou to get a new tire. Was told she had to replace it with the exact same tire or would "void her warranty" was not given any other options and they could not have the tire there for another 5 days but they would give her a good rate on a rental. She drove the car home on the spare/doughnut tire and we called a few tire stores and finally Falmouth Toyota. Falmouth explained we could replace 2 of the tires and since the tires were rated for 50,000 miles and she had 36,000 miles on the car, it would be a good idea. Voiding the warranty doing this was not an issue. So we drove the car to Falmouth Toyota and dropped off the car for them to do the tires the next day (Saturday) and have the car back to us that afternoon without a lose of five days and no rental needed. Surprise, received a call from Taylor at Falmouth that although the hub cap was in the back of the car, the tire wasnt. When I called I was told the tire was still at Hyannis Toyota and they went further to say "The tech explained to your wife the tire was being left there"..yeah but the hub cap was put back in the car.. Needless to say we demanded the tire be taken to Falmouth, which they did and I dont think we will be going back to Hyannis Toyota or recomedning them to anyone. Oh and I traded in my car and purchased a new car from Falmouth Toyota the same day we picked up my wife's car with the new tires. More
I am very pleased with the new vehicle, however the sales experience was intimidating and high pressure. It was the end on the month,so the heat was on the sales team. I refused to fill out the Toyota's buye experience was intimidating and high pressure. It was the end on the month,so the heat was on the sales team. I refused to fill out the Toyota's buyers survey, why should I help them improve? As my mother says.,"if you cannot say anthing nice, don't say anything at all". Car dealers never change. I would recommend the vehicle, but NOT the dealership. Phred More
Brought my Tacoma in for a 30,000 mile check. They underquoted the price of the service, but gave me 100 dollars off becuase it was their mistake and stayed right at the quote. Part of the service underquoted the price of the service, but gave me 100 dollars off becuase it was their mistake and stayed right at the quote. Part of the service is replacement of the wipers. Mine were brand new. They replaced them...but put the 'old' ones on my front seat so I could use them again. Free car wash. Free ride to anywhere on the lower cape (including my office in Hyannis!) I was expecting a nightmare, but they were very nice and I was happy. More
