My family is growing so my wife and I stopped in to looked at a new camry to replace our dodge ram truck. We needed more room in the backseat for car seats. Talked with Dave that evening and he was possitive that he could make something work for us. So we made an appt. for the weekend to finalize a deal. We came in a couple days later with our trade in and picked out the camry we wanted. They had lots to choose from so it was very easy. The loan process took some time they had issues with there computers and our credit wasn't great so they needed some justification on some issues that were on our report. They where able to get the payments to what we wanted and we drove home in the vehicle that day. Dave our salesman was great answered all of our questions we had. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. If you work for Cape Cod Healthcare mention it you get new cars at cost+ $100. More

I brought my car into Hyannis Toyota for a 30,000 mile check up and for a state inspection sticker. Before going there I was informed that this check up would cost me approximately $200 plus the cost of t check up and for a state inspection sticker. Before going there I was informed that this check up would cost me approximately $200 plus the cost of the inspection sticker and i would take a 2 hours. I scheduled my appointment on the day I wanted and for the time that worked best for me. I arrived on time for my appointment and Gina took me immediately. She reviewed with me what I wanted, the approximate cost and the length of time this appointment would take place. They started working on my car immediately while I had a complimentart bagle and cup of coffee. I then went into the waiting room where I logged onto the Internet and read my daily newspaper online. an hour and 45 minutes went by and Gina came and told me my car was ready. She went over the work that was performed. She told me that 2 cabin filters were fine and did not need to be replaced and as a result the cost of my check up including the state inspection sticker was $134, a savings of nearly $100. The service department could have charged me for new filters and I would never have known the difference. This sold me totally on Hyannis Toyota Service Department. They were professional, curteous, skilled, timely, and very honest. I dont know what more any consumer could ask for More

Jeremy made the whole experience of car buying a pleasurable one. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling as well as making the buyer feel comfortable. My review (and satisfaction)is based essentially on the efforts & performance of Mark Howard. This is the 2nd consecutive car purchase that I have made at HYANNIS TOYOTA, both through Mark. He is an honest efforts & performance of Mark Howard. This is the 2nd consecutive car purchase that I have made at HYANNIS TOYOTA, both through Mark. He is an honest, professional, very capable man who put my needs first, and got the job done for me. This included working with my CA based company to handle all of the purchase & registration administration so that I could continue to do my job. In fact there was a better deal on a VENZA at Falmouth Toyota (2011, with 1,600 miles for only $4k more), but I would not pursue it out of appreciation for Mark's efforts, on my behalf. He is excellent. More

I actually felt that he cared more about my being happy with the car I chose than he did with closing the sale that day (a truly refreshing change from some of the other dealerships in the area).
