Back in July of 2007 I went to this dealership and although I was an innocent with very little experience in car purchasing, I got hosed. Upon returning to Martha's Vineyard I had my mechanic give it the once over because there were some strange noises going on. He told me it needed a new sway bar and links, the rear brakes were 75% shot and I needed 4 new tires. I had everything taken care of. With financing (over 10%) and an extended warranty I was charged over 18 grand for this car!!!!!!!!! Last week I went to Falmouth Toyota where I had a much different and absolutely fabulous experience. BTW - I had an inquiry into Hyannis Toyota - the manager emailed me 4 hours after my initial inquiry and wrote that a salesperson would contact me shortly. They NEVER contacted me at all. They tried to rip off my elderly mom, selling her a used car for $14,000 and then one year later offering her $5000 for the same car in trade for a brand new car.
