Danny Gonzalez was excellent. He knows all the details of the RAV 4 Prime and explained all its functions. He also provided details on the various procurement options - lease, fin He knows all the details of the RAV 4 Prime and explained all its functions. He also provided details on the various procurement options - lease, finance, and purchase which enabled us to make an informed decision. When we picked up the vehicle he walked us through the setup. Fabulous experience with an oil change, I called early on a whim and was able to get an appointment later in the afternoon which I needed. A shuttle driver brought and later picked me up to a shopping center a whim and was able to get an appointment later in the afternoon which I needed. A shuttle driver brought and later picked me up to a shopping center while I waited. My service advisor was nice to work with and the shuttle driver was personable. A 10 out of 10 today. More
Ultimately service was fine. However, I had an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation which normally only takes 1.0-1.5 hrs. This time it took 2.75 hours! Excuses provided such as “short staffed” and “a prior customer ran into an unexpected service problem”. If you don’t have enough staff, perhaps reduce the amount of appointments offered. More
