Fabulous experience with an oil change, I called early on a whim and was able to get an appointment later in the afternoon which I needed. A shuttle driver brought and later picked me up to a shopping center a whim and was able to get an appointment later in the afternoon which I needed. Ultimately service was fine. However, I had an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation which normally only takes 1.0-1.5 hrs. This time it took 2.75 hours!
