I’m disappointed. I had a purchase and sales agreement that I viewed and was to pick up once I got the funds and insurance settled. The dealer was closed for 3 days I had a purchase and sales agreement that I viewed and was to pick up once I got the funds and insurance settled. The dealer was closed for 3 days because of the blizzard. I was snowed in as well. I didn’t like the pressure from the salesperson who wanted me to purchase an additional package in addition to what I was paying for the vehicle. He gave me papers to sign which I signed thinking it was the same purchase and sales agreement I reviewed earlier. I was at the dealers from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. I never saw the vehicle during this time. Later when the vehicle was brought to me, I was surprised to see the vehicle had over 600 miles when the vehicle I purchased had only 4 miles. After I got home, I saw the registration said the color was grey, not stormy blue as I had agreed to. I’m extremely disappointed to have been duped. The first vehicle I purchased was recalled the day before I was to pick it up. I’m not happy the Toyota Crown Signia was switched without informing me. More
Always get an honest and thoughtful opinion without pressure Allen was great. He and my daughter got along great.
