This review is about the service department. I’ve used them before. My wife owns a Toyota and she uses them too. I got an email offering a $29.95 oil change for my Tacoma. When they wrote i I’ve used them before. My wife owns a Toyota and she uses them too. I got an email offering a $29.95 oil change for my Tacoma. When they wrote it up, they said it was up to 5 quarts. Any extra oil, they would charge me for. It took 6 quarts. They charged me $20 for one quart of oil. I sat and waited for that oil change for 90 minutes. Never again. I will not ever bring my truck to them for an oil change again. More
It started well had appt. For 8:15am tire sensor replacement. The advisor said he'd call if there was a change do to the diagnostic. Okay, I left. A hour later I'm checking something on my phone I see I've gotten a text from mechanic about other things. I was told I'd receive a call from the advisor not a text from the mechanic. I called and declined the other services. When I returned at 10:30am they had done nothing complete waste of my time. Then had to tie up my friend who was giving me a ride. The car was ready at like noon for a tire sensor. I SHOULD HAVE RECIEVED A CALL FROM THE ADVISOR NOT AN INDEPENDENT TEXT FROM THEECHANIC THEN THEY DIDNT UNDERDTAND I ONLY WANTED THE SENSOR DONE RETURNED THE CAR TO THE LOT AND I HAD TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. The job completed I left. POOR DELAGATION OF COMMUNICATION. Should not have taken 4hours for a tire sensor. More
Sales man great. Finance/extra guy does not listen. He is annoying to say the least. Car was not perfect at delivery. Windshield could have been cleaner. Sticker s Finance/extra guy does not listen.
