Fabulous experience with an oil change, I called early on a whim and was able to get an appointment later in the afternoon which I needed. A shuttle driver brought and later picked me up to a shopping center a whim and was able to get an appointment later in the afternoon which I needed. Ultimately service was fine. However, I had an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation which normally only takes 1.0-1.5 hrs. This time it took 2.75 hours! I called only the night before and was accommodated. I unfortunately got caught in sewer construction and was late.by 15-20 minutes. There seemed to be no question about still fitting me in.
