I bought a new RAV Prime from them. Being from CA they weren't able to register it immediately. Not only did they Lyft me a ride from the airport to them but also to Fitchburg. Matt the service advisor is amazing he was such a treat. Wilson a precious advisor was horrible he would Harass women, he actually had many complaints all from women he would bother. Oil change took 2 hours and they did not latch my hood. Driving home, hood started vibrating and making noise. Had to pull over and re-latch it.
