Terrible customer service. I was told my key would take 2 to 3 days to come in. I called Angel twice and left voice mails. He never called back. I spoke to a Will, he never I was told my key would take 2 to 3 days to come in. I called Angel twice and left voice mails. He never called back. I spoke to a Will, he never called back either. The next time I called, Will tried to get me to call the parts department to find out if tge key was in. 4 unreturned calls and 2 months later I have my key. Will had a a smirk on his face when i arrived like he thought the whole thing was funny. This is an example of why I drove over 30 miles to buy my last 2 Toyotas instead of going to Ira. More

My service adviser Steve Mahan once again did an excellent job for me. He was quick to respon with numerous callbacks to set up an schedule a timely emergency service call. I was broken down, dead in the water with a dead Hybrid battery. Once my car was special jumped on the road, I was advised that I could not turn off my RAV4 Hybrid or it would not restart. He checked to see the proper battery would be available and with a schedule to have it installed. He efficiently got my car in, the battery installed and me back on the road. He was also able to effect an appropriate discount which had been previously issued to me. Positive, helpful, timely and quality IRA service once again. Thanks Steve & IRA. More
Cost of service at dealership was more than price quoted when I phone called. It was only lucky that I noticed! After some hassle Ira charged the phone quoted price, but I had to argue! I bought 4 new Camrys in the last 6 years! It should NOT be up to the vigilance of customers to get fair treatment from Ira Toyota! This kind of duplicity has happened to me before at Ira Toyota Service!! I honestly think that they are trying to fool their customers to make unfair profits! If you are an Ira Toyota Service customer, please check and double-check what they tell you! They want your money, and they are not on your side!! More

There is usually the sell up for additional work and services, although never a hard sell unless something really needs attention. I've been here for services maybe 8-9 times.
