Received sales post card by direct mail. I made appointment online stating all I had chosen quickly from the postcard. Service writer wrote it all down, tallied up the bill and asked me to sign off with price shown before even starting, I did so. Was told wait would be 2 hours. Fine. I trust the service writer knows his job and would have informed me of any issues but..... no... AFTER two hours and all work supposedly done, service writer tells come in to tell me I can't combine sales items and asked for more money. I was then directed to the Service Manager and both with attitude "decided" to just let it go. The only part I obviously appreciated. I had ordered online the complimentary multipoint inspection, front and rear pads only change, and the OEM oil & filter change. but..... when I finally read my receipt, it stated I had refused to have the back brakes done and only the front, a complete lie, why would anyone ask to do half the chosen deal?... so now I'm concerned they were not done. ( a safety concern ) My appointment was made online, and I had written it all out front and rear pads, etc., etc. as the postcard indicated. ( I have proof of this ) I'm concerned that now I still may need rear pads and unfortunately, like returning soup at a restaurant to have it spat in, I'm unable to trust Ira with my service work and this is my forever Toyota home. I was frustrated when I left and NO, I was in no way hostile or enraged just highly disappointed. More
Very poor customer service. Went in for service at Ira Toyota, They were knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond to get us back on the road . We are visiting from Florida and they treated us like family.
