The wait time for service is too long. Poor communication. Waited three hours before they even told me what was wrong with my car. went in next day with same issue and was told its a diffe Poor communication. Another 3.5 hrs of no communication. i only got answers because i kept going out. Only for them to do exactly what the person the day previously had said. Had to wait another hour for the work to be completed. In total 8hrs in two days. More
