Came in to downsize my truck - having a few children getting to driving age soon- I needed a smaller truck. Leida Qirjazi was the lovely woman I worked with. She was the first person to greet me as I entered the building at 9am at Ita Toyota of Danvers. And I’m so happy I met her. She was amazing to work with. She helped get me what I needed for my trade - and the payment to where I was extremely happy. I also enjoyed working with the management staff and the finance people. I would recommend using Ira Toyota again and ask for Leida!!! More

This was my third and likely the last experience with this dealership—everything that should have gone smoothly did not. Example 1: I visited on a Friday to explore end-of-lease options. I found a car and was waiting for pricing when the sales rep returned with three options. I was pleased with one but wanted to check one more car before deciding. Then, the sales manager, Michael, stepped in, pushed for a commitment, and suddenly claimed the numbers were wrong—raising my preferred option by $200 more per month. He dismissed the error as "human" but then said, "You wouldn't get past finance anyway." Keep in mind this was in the hands of more than one person before it got to me, the customer. That was enough for me to walk out. Example 2: My husband returned Saturday to see if he could work something out as I was turned off from the day prior. After hours of waiting, we finally agreed on a price but had a prior commitment (which they knew about 1.5 hours before we had to leave and I actually drove there separately so I could sign too). An hour went by and still no paperwork ready, so we scheduled a 5 PM appointment to sign same day. The dealership had four hours to prepare the paperwork. When we arrived, we still waited 50 minutes before meeting an incredibly rude finance manager. Example 3: There was a delay releasing our car due to insurance paperwork (we signed on a Saturday night and had to wait next business day which is understandable). We kept our sales rep updated, and our insurer sent the required documents in the afternoon (unfortunately not as soon as we wanted but they still got it). By end-of-business, they suddenly told us it was “too late to process.” We had to return the next business day. Example 4: My husband arrived as planned, only to be handed off to another sales rep with little warning and someone who seemed to be unfamiliar with the situation. Nothing was ready—again. When they finally brought out the car, it was covered in bird poop. A minor issue compared to the rest, but they claim to detail cars before delivery. Bottom line: Repeated miscommunication, unprofessionalism, and poor customer service made this my last visit. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More

After that Gus was very responsive and kept us up to date with progress toward delivery, and he had everything ready for us to drive off when we arrived to pickup the car. Highly recommend. More
