Went there for a regular maintenance services, oil change, tires rotation, and points of inspection, was told it will be araund 1.1/2 hour. After 2 hours I received a message that the service was done change, tires rotation, and points of inspection, was told it will be araund 1.1/2 hour. After 2 hours I received a message that the service was done. I went too see the service representative and he told me that the paperwork was almost done and the car will be released. Was another hour and twenty minute's before I got my car. No good reason why, disappointed More

I would favor reduced daily appointments over extended wait times. Otherwise, I’m loving my experience with the company and my Camry Hybrid! More
I waited over 4 hours for scheduled maintenance & recall fix. I work from home & my hotspot struggled to work in the waiting room. I ended up working at Subway, in Walmart across the street, until the 3 hou fix. I work from home & my hotspot struggled to work in the waiting room. I ended up working at Subway, in Walmart across the street, until the 3 hour mark when I figured I somehow missed the call to come back. My hotspot didn’t work well over there either, but it was slightly better. At, nearly, the 4 hour mark, I begged a manager to help me find out what was going on & he found out it would be ready in another 15/20 minutes. It was an awful day. More
