I waited 4. 5 hours for 60,000 mile service today. The appointment system is a scam. Ira Toyota has no respect for the customer's time. They overbook their app 5 hours for 60,000 mile service today. They overbook their appointments and take walk-ins and then leave it to the customer to sit in the waiting room for ridiculously long amounts of time. In addition they upsell like crazy. I feel completely ripped off. I should know better than to say yes to a brake fluid flush or throttle body service (which now I do), but I also shouldn't have to double check everything they are pushing on the customer. Terrible experience! More
