I had an APPOINTMENT set for 12:00 p. m. today. They never took in my car to service it remotely close to that time. I didn't get my car back until around 2:30 p.m. The service guy told me m. today. I didn't get my car back until around 2:30 p.m. The service guy told me that the APPOINTMENT TIME is only considered a check in time. What's the whole point of make an APPOINTMENT? I would never have gotten my car at 2:30 if I didn't say anything about it. Appointments are supposed to be priority.. More
