The service rep who wrote up the ticket for the work we were having done is the most negative person I have come across in a long time. He was clearly racist and did not want to help me. I went in for an oil change & sticker. I asked them to check my tires because my pressure light was on the said they do that and it shows on my receipt that they did but when I got in the I asked them to check my tires because my pressure light was on the said they do that and it shows on my receipt that they did but when I got in the car is was still on. I didn't go back in because it was late. The guy I checked in with left for the night didn't even bother to let me know. Also can you ask who ever drives the car at the end to put the sit all the way back. This is not the first time I have had issues with your service dept, time to find another place. More
