I had a recent positive service experience at the Danvers Ira Toyota location for regularly scheduled maintenance. Upon entering the intake bay, I was warmly greeted by a service advisor, Mr. Tom Chase, and given a complete description of the services my vehicle would receive. The work was expertly completed in the timeframe promised. Tom Chase is an asset to Ira Toyota, and I am sure to request his professional consultation in any future visits to the service department. I had an APPOINTMENT set for 12:00 p. m. today. They never took in my car to service it remotely close to that time. I didn't get my car back until around 2:30 p.m. The service guy told me m. today.
