Made an appointment for my first service for 2pm and told the advisor that I was going to wait for it. When I got to the dealer around 1:30 I told them I had an appointment and that I'd like to wait. It ended up being a hair over four hours. Four hours for an oil change, tire rotation and fluid top off is egregious when you have an appointment. Further, when I got back in my vehicle, the tech managed to not only get it pretty filthy, they changed virtually every setting in it...seats, mirrors, lights, radio, AC had all been adjusted. How is that necessary? To top it off, I got no paperwork or explanation of what was done, nor verification that it was actually done. I figured maybe it would go to my email, but 3 days later it still hasn't. They also set my tire pressures at 45+ when 36 is recommended. I have a bunch of free service but I will either be doing it myself or bringing it elsewhere. More
I purchased a used SUV they say they go over it but when I got home found a bolt in front tire. Suppose to wash they didn’t. Spray ed the tires with black shine got it all over the aluminum rims I had when I got home found a bolt in front tire. Suppose to wash they didn’t.
