About 4 months ago , our 2021 Venza had a knocking. in the front. Service claimed nothing was wrong. Service appt , we mentioned that knock was still evident. Now we’re told struts and bearings need rep in the front. Service claimed nothing was wrong. Service appt , we mentioned that knock was still evident. Angel, my service writer was awesome and was able to process my wheel and tire claim in a timely manner! The service department outside of Angel, I would not recommend. Can’t be trusted to perform a simple mount and balance 1 tire. 1. All the wheel weights fell off of the wheel by the time I got home. 2. 3 out of 5 lug nuts were loose and 2 were torqued way beyond factory specifications. 3. Tire was installed inside out. Meaning the tire had (outside) and (inside) marked on the tire and the technician installed them incorrectly. Outside of this technician being incapable of such a simple repair, I would never bring my vehicles back here unless it is for warranty/recall purposes. More
I read the dealer's code of ethics on the wall that they had posted one of the things they mentioned was integrity and how they wouldn't hide anything Every time I called to get an interest rate for my loan had posted one of the things they mentioned was integrity and how they wouldn't hide anything Every time I called to get an interest rate for my loan they would not tell me or give me a dollar amount of my monthly payment it made it very difficult for me during the process Also whenever I was told I would get any answer from them it was always much later than what they told me When I went to pick the car up they told me that I would be there for about a 1/2 an hour I was there for 3 and a 1/2 hours So although I felt like I got a good deal on a good car the process was extremely difficult and not satisfying at all More
Poor service and I don’t trust Ira Toyota of Danvers anymore. After two consecutive services at this dealership I am not sure if they are even doing the services I am paying for. 1st aske for oil change anymore. After two consecutive services at this dealership I am not sure if they are even doing the services I am paying for. 1st aske for oil change and tire rotation and noticed that tire rotation was not completed, confirmed after reviewing the cameras with the service manager. 2nd time, they didn’t even bother to reset the maintenance message showing in the screen and I had to ask for car’s keys since the service advisor was too busy talking to his coworkers even though my cars was parked for more than 15 minutes. My original tech was not available. 4 of the 5 advisors in the area ignored me as I stood waiting. The 1 advisor who did acknowledge me had 2 other customers he was assisting. He directed me to the service manager who didn't seem to interested in helping me either. After dealing with 3 more employees I was able to pay for my repairs. Those were done awesomely and my car was cleaner then I brought it in. I asked where my car was and was told it was outside and pointed to a door. No one went.over what was done nor did anyone actually help.ke find my car. Luckily I saw it on the way in, otherwise, I would have been left to wonder the lot. I was very disappointed in this experience. My advisor, David Rojas, was awesome. The work done on my car was done well. It was the pick up that was issue for me More
