I had a great experience working with Jack Motzi. He was genuine, helpful, and went out of his way to help deliver the car and make everything happen quickly. Very nice guy, too! Highly recommend! I think they are a bit overpriced in general, so it all depends on whether they are willing to work with you on price. During the final financial part, I had to chuckle when they offered multiple "upgrades" that more than doubled the original price of the car! More
No hassles, got exactly what I wanted for the advertised price. Usual upselling of extended warranty and anti theft tracker, but they will let you say no. price. Usual upselling of extended warranty and anti theft tracker, but they will let you say no. More
I find it unbelievable that someone would send me a text message knowing I was in there waiting room and not come and talk to me. every other time I have gone to a dealership, they have come to me to speak message knowing I was in there waiting room and not come and talk to me. every other time I have gone to a dealership, they have come to me to speak about what repairs were necessary. I find this a little annoying, especially since I was waiting. More
It was mistake after mistake including the unfortunate trip to pickup the car that wasn't even ready, it was very disappointing. The whole thing was a mess. First I was there from 10AM until 3PM signin trip to pickup the car that wasn't even ready, it was very disappointing. The whole thing was a mess. First I was there from 10AM until 3PM signing all the paperwork. Two days later I was informed that the car was ready. I left work early to find out that the car was not registered neither had plates. The next day I went back to sign more paperwork and rushed home to get ready for work. While at home I had to sign more paperwork. Because of that, it took a while to get the car ready and I got late for work. Also, I asked several times if had any difference between having the car under my name or the business name and they told me was the same thing. After all the papers signed I found out that the interest rate is lower under my name than the business name! Was too late to change everything! Now, 2 weeks from finally picking the car up, I received a phone call saying that they forgot to charge the sales credit fee of $750! I hope there is no more unhappy surprises! More
I made an appointment online for a simple oil change and inspection. They told me 1-1/2 to 2 hours. It took 3-1/2 hours. Service writer was not very pleasant nor informative to the delay. Finally after inspection. They told me 1-1/2 to 2 hours. It took 3-1/2 hours. Service writer was not very pleasant nor informative to the delay. Finally after I received the text from the tech with my report, I waited for him to come get me. I then went to find him. Looks like he had left, and my paper work and keys were just sitting on his desk. Spoke with the service manager. Guess they had a hard day keeping up with work. But that's when you service writer should be telling me they can't do it and reschedule before I even got there at 1:00 pm. And your your online calendar shouldn't have accepted an appointment for that time. I generally like the dealership, and their managers seem technically solid. But this was not a good experience today. More
