Routine service and recall work were done correctly and quickly. However, the insulation gasket around the driver’s door had begun to deteriorate and break down. Moreover, there were actually 2 pieces needed to repair the gasket, but only 1 was ordered. Now, I have to waste another day to return to have the other piece installed. Further expense ??? Very dissatisfied in the way this has been handled. More

As always just came back from Ira Toyota and was very pleased with the service. Granted it was only an inspection sticker this time but they had me in and out in no time and they even washed my car!!! pleased with the service.
