Excellent service today for my first check up on a Toyota Rav4. When the dealership reached out to set up the appointment they were demanding on the appointment timing even though we are well below the serv Rav4. Third time trying to get an oil change at this joke of a dealership. First 2 I had to just get my car and leave because even with an appointment for an oil change only and advised I was waiting, I was told dealership. After I sign in I’m told 2 hours Never again. This is the worst run dealership I have ever been to I advise anyone to look elsewhere for a reputable business. More

Everytime I go there for service, it’s a total nightmare. Myself and my family have purchased many cars there , it always get worse , not better. Even with an appointment, I waited almost 3 hours , in the Myself and my family have purchased many cars there , it always get worse , not better. Even with an appointment, I waited almost 3 hours , in the waiting room area , for just an oil change , and an inspection sticker. You go to valvoline service centers , you drive in and it’s 15 minutes at the most ! Most people in Ira waiting room are complaining about it as well !!!! Why bother with an appointment when it still takes three hours for a simple oil change and an inspection sticker ? this is totally unacceptable. I always dread going to Ira for any kind of service !!
