I have leased my cars from Ira for over 25 years ……. .. previous to that we had bought two trucks. There was one lease that we went to another dealer because of our treatment , but then we returned. He is courteous , knowledgeable, accommodating , and most of all he listens to you. I would recommend him to anyone , along with your dealership. More

I was extremely disappointed in my service today and for the length of time it took to complete a few basic items. I arrive at about 7:00 am. I was originally told it would take 1.5 hours for service. The person checking me in did not discuss the dealer recommendations for service, just sent me a text. I had to hunt down to discuss. I do feel the added labor charges were excessive and they had me sitting in waiting room to justify. The person never came and got me, sent a text when done. I did not receive text until noon. I was also shocked at the amount the dealer wanted to charge to replace spark plugs! Quick google search proves it was double the normal price. The vehicle was barely rinsed off. This dealership has gone down hill since I bought my vehicle here. More

First visit for 6 month checkup car was ready but they didn’t come and get me till an 1 1/2 hr later . Went for my year oil change they saw my sticker was September so said they could do that I said ok. didn’t come and get me till an 1 1/2 hr later . So went ahead with sticker and I got a rejection. Wish they noticed before then I would have called registry for new plate and got sticker around my way instead I had to order plate and go back up there to get sticker. A lot of wasted time More
