And I also asked about another fob which I never received when purchased my car I’ve been waiting 4 months for one and I was told today it could take up to a year….totally unacceptable…they only told me about receiving another fob within a few months after signing my paperwork. Routine service and recall work were done correctly and quickly. However, the insulation gasket around the driver’s door had begun to deteriorate and break down. In a vehicle slightly over 2 years old, this was obviously a defective material that should have been covered by warranty at no cost. Instead, it cost me more than $360.00 to repair. Moreover, there were actually 2 pieces needed to repair the gasket, but only 1 was ordered. Now, I have to waste another day to return to have the other piece installed. Further expense ??? Very dissatisfied in the way this has been handled. More
