Appointment 1:00 for oil change and sticker. Gave coupon for free oil change and told I didn’t need one because I only went 1000 miles. Gave coupon for complimentary car wash. Told usually don’t do them for inspections but would do it. Waited for an hour just to have inspection without oil change. Car returned unwashed. Questioned this and was told they can run it through “again” when it clearly wasn’t done once. Was I lying? Didn’t want to wait any longer at this point More

I have leased my cars from Ira for over 25 years ……. .. previous to that we had bought two trucks. There was one lease that we went to another dealer because of our treatment , but then we returned.
