I am not used to giving reviews due to time constraint but this is one I would like to because of the incredible, excellent and high professional service I recieved from your employee Christopher. He did n but this is one I would like to because of the incredible, excellent and high professional service I recieved from your employee Christopher. He did not waste my time, gave me a very good deal and the exact car car that I wanted unlike most of the sales people that will try to pressure you into buying a car that you do not really want. Yes he showed me cars that might interest me but he let me take my time and decide which one I liked and in what color. The sales transaction went so friendly and on time that I had my car home when I needed it. I had been to other dealerships but got turned off by the sales people trying to get you to buy a different car from what you had in mind and can afford. As a woman, if all car sales people is like Christopher, going to a dealership to buy a car will actually be a good experience. Your new employees will learn a thing or two from Christopher. I do not know any car sales person that have called me at home more that a week after buying a car to ask how I was enjoying my car but he did. You can be assured that IRA and Chistopher will be my only recommendation for my relatives, friends and colleagues looking to buy a car. Thank you IRA but most importantly, thank Christopher on my behalf since he may not see this review. See you again sometime.Happy customer. More
We have bought many new cars. This experienced exceeded our expectations. The sales rep understood our time constraints and didn't waste our time. After finding the car and test driving it, negotiations our expectations. The sales rep understood our time constraints and didn't waste our time. After finding the car and test driving it, negotiations were very quick. We were satisfied with our trade-in amount and the final bottom line price. We left a deposit and returned to the dealership a day later. We were able to enter the dealership, complete all the paperwork, and leave with our new car very quickly. Christopher Okafor was very cooperative and helpful. He even called us after we our purchase to see if we are satisified and if could be of any assistance to us. More
My first visit to IRA Toyota was excellent. I was greeted by someone at the door and they opened it for me. You don't get that at other dealerships. As I walked in, the ladies at the main desk gree greeted by someone at the door and they opened it for me. You don't get that at other dealerships. As I walked in, the ladies at the main desk greeted me also. Then I was approached by Keith, a Sales Manager, who was very, very nice. I explained to him that I wanted to purchase a new vehicle but I was confused on which model I really wanted. It was a choice between the Camry & the Matrix. All I knew was that I wanted it to be blue in color with four doors. Keith told me to have a seat and he would have a Sales Person help me. As I sat and waited, I was greeted by every staff that walked passed me. And they even asked if I was being helped. That made me feel more comfortable. A few of them asked if I wanted coffee or water. You definitely don't get that anywhere else. After 2 minutes passed, Keith came back with Kevin, a Sales Person. I sat down with Kevin. He was more concerned on fullfilling my needs, then just trying to make a sale. He explained to me the difference between the Camry & Matrix, pertaining to my needs. He really took his time. Now, I didn't make a decision that quick. He explained more in detail the in & outs of the vehicles. Thank goodness Kevin was very, very patience. He didn't want me to make a quick decision. As the hours passed, I finally came to a decision. I wanted the blue, four door Camry. The next step was getting the paper work together. That was a little wait because of my credit verification. But it was worth the wait. They didn't just sit me down and never come back. During my wait, I was offered a beverage & a sandwich of my choice. And Keith & Kevin kept checking up on me to make sure I was comfortable. I found that very nice and good customer service. After the wait, I was then introduced to Hank, a Business Manager, who was very patience. This was the final step in purchasing my vehicle. He took his time explaining all the paper work I was signing and the extra options I had with purchasing this vehicle. He didn't act pushy about purchasing the extra options. I really liked that. Let me make my decision with no force. Once all that was said and done, Keith & Kevin came back in to congratulate me on my purchase of my new 2009 Toyota Camry. I would definitely refer this dealership to any of my friends & family. Thank you, IRA Toyota Danvers! More
This was our second new car purchase at this dealership in the past 4 months. Both transactions were handled by Chris Okafor. He was very helpful and appreciated that we knew what price we wanted for bot in the past 4 months. Both transactions were handled by Chris Okafor. He was very helpful and appreciated that we knew what price we wanted for both the new car and our trade-in and seemed relieved when the managers accepted the numbers we wanted. The one negative was that when I went to pick up the car, there was a scratch in the front bumper that no one at the dealership had noticed. They tried to buff it out, but could not do so to my satisfaction. I was at the dealership for about 2 hours and did not leave with my car. I must say that they stood behind their word to fix it to my satisfaction and when I went back to pick up the vehicle, the scratch was gone. More

My experience here has been awful... First, I bought my car here and I got ripped off. I think the sales man took advantage of me because I am young. At first everything was good until I got home with my car here and I got ripped off. I think the sales man took advantage of me because I am young. At first everything was good until I got home with my car and noticed that something was broken in the bumper at the button and my car didn't have original Toyota wheel covers. I called the sales man and he told me to schedule a time to fix it. I did. They made me wait for an hour and then told me I had to come back another day. That other appointment never happened. I got busy at work and school, time passed by and nothing happened. I didn't learn my lesson the first time and I kept going to the dealer for maintenance. Last time I went there was for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I got home, I noticed 3 of my wheel covers where broken and one was missing. I called the dealer, spoke to the service manager, Kathy, and we had a few conversations back and forth to get new wheel cover and then she stopped answering my calls and nothing happened. I finally learned my lesson and I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE! I will start giving maintenance to my car elsewhere because this people don't know how to take care of their customers. More

Teri was knowledgeable about the products and worked with me to find a car the met my exact needs. I made three visits to Ira - one was a walk-in and the other two were by appointment. Teri always had the me to find a car the met my exact needs. I made three visits to Ira - one was a walk-in and the other two were by appointment. Teri always had the time to work with me in a very pleasurable way. Melissa was the "Business Manager" for my deal. She was very capable and friendly. I felt very good about the business process of buying this vehicle. I only had limited interaction with Keith the floor manager, but found him to be helpful, friendly and supportive of Teri and my transaction. "Junior" - I'm not sure of his title, but he was the person with "final" say over the negotiated price of my car. In the final negotiation of the car, I presented my offer price and was told emphatically that there was no way he could accept the offer and that he was already losing $1,200 on the deal. He showed me his magic computer screen that "proved" how much he was losing. At that time, we were forced to conclude that we couldn't reach a deal. The next day, Ira Toyota called me to tell me they could accept my deal. This charade was a waste of my time and made a mockery of Junior's "proof" that he just couldn't work with me at my price. That said, price is always contentious and we knew that going in. All in all, I was very, very pleased with the process. More

Pleasant experience, No pressure at all. pr helped me find a right vehicle for us, next day my wife picked the color, she insist me to buy from him. Pleasant experience, No pressure at all. price was okay, he was very patientful and knowledgeble. Had very bad experience with Atlantic at Lynn and Woburn toyota. One thing about ricky we like,he cares about his job and his customers. He wants to be on toes at all the time during customer service. I am in sales too and I know how much efforts he puts in to make customer satisfy. He has a bright future. More
