Steve is very friendly and enthusiastic and seems to know what he is talking about. We shopped around and although we had our choice of Scion dealerships we decided to go with Ira Toyota because of the quali what he is talking about. Unlike some other dealerships we went to, Steve and his co-workers did not put on the pressure and were perfectly fine with having us come back the next day if we found their service to be the best. Martha and Keith were fantastic. Very real people. Honest and upfront. We usually find car salesman despicable people, but not these 2. We spoke with a very nice, low-key salesman. He took our keys to get an estimate for our trade and we looked at a new car. The sales manager held on to our keys for no reason than that he had to come smile at us, despite our protestations that we had to go. We waited for him for 15 long minutes. Honesty goes both ways - the salesman was great, but his manager didn't trust that we had to leave. So we went to Atlantic Toyota and bought our car. This happened in May, 2008. More
Luis was friendly and showed us what we asked for but sales manager Junior was HORRIBLE. I could tell from his body language he was not taking us seriously. He came off arrogant and very UNFRIENDLY!! He was very condescending in attitude, The whole process of test driving took forever because they could not find a car that the battery was not dead on. We have a lot of waiting around. Luis was friendly and talked a lot but did not really give us relevant information about the car. This was our first time car shopping experience and Ira Toyota was the worst. We went to another dealer and brought a brand new car the same day! More

This was my first experience buying a New Car in United States and we were not sure whom to ask and what to ask. Ken was very helpful and guided us at each step throughout the process and gave very detailed finance options, which made real easy for us to decide on the deal and helped us choose the perfect car. The only downside to the whole process was the Time Taken, I would definitely like to guide anyone who is going to buy a new/used car must be prepared to spend atleast 5-6hrs at the dealership. More

There was no hard sell, no upsell, none of the shenanigans you encounter at some other dealerships. Everything was straightforward - even the dreaded encounter with the finance manager when they attempt to sell you the add-ons - we said no, they respected our response and we bought the car. Delivery was on time, the car was fine, and the deal was done. I would definitely return and I would absolutely ask for Martha as the salesperson - she did a great job. Mike Sullivan More

The rating for quality of work is not for Ken Oeun at all BTW....i had some problems getting my insurance straightend out due to the RMV1 form IRA faxed to my insurance. It had the wrong DOB and address so they could not process it at my insurance to send back to IRA so that i could pick up my car(which was not all IRA, it was a miscommunication between the 2)...other than that, the girl was AMAZING at IRA that handles the plates/insurance. I had a rough year with the economy issues and challenges and was concerned I would not get a new car. Ken listened to my issues, which I am sure is a story he has heard numerous time. He was very genuine and sincere and made me feel at ease with a difficult situation. When I saw Justin Webber he was also very understanding and worked out a financial deal that was a win win for all of us. I went away a satisfied customer and left with a new car. Their complete understanding of how bad things can happen to credit worthy people and their effort to show concern and make the extra effort to help was refreshing. Thank you. You gained my confidence and you have a customer for a long time. (P.S. For those that are reading this and are saying of course they will sell you a car I just want you to know that I just came from another large dealing who did not give me five minutes of their time before telling me there was nothing they could do for me).
