Class act from Day one! Jennifer P. Sales Manager took care of us to start the process. After seeing a prospective used Camry online and speaking to Jennifer, who confirmed Jennifer P. Sales Manager took care of us to start the process. After seeing a prospective used Camry online and speaking to Jennifer, who confirmed it was on the lot, we drove an hour from NH. Unfortunately, the car had sold in that timeframe. Jenn saw that we were disappointed and checked incoming inventory for the exact vehicle color, options, etc and one was being delivered in October if we could wait. She set us up with our salesman, Dio, who brought a car around for a test drive. Needless to say, we were sold on a new Camry Hybrid. This is our fourth Toyota, so we didn't need to be "sold" on the brand but a hybrid was new to us. When the car hit the dealership, Dio communicated that it was going to be earlier than originally quoted. After going through the financing process with Hitesh, Dio delivered the car to us a few days later. It was a seamless transition to register the vehicle bought out of state and Dio walked us through the entire process, making it fairly stress-free.
