My husband and I leased a Honda in 2005 after hearing about Keith Henderson from family. Our lease is up and after returning to Honda we learned that Keith was gone. We made contact that same day and the rest is history! We are now riding in a GREAT Toyota RAV4 and very satisfied with the service we received from Keith. It really didn't matter what type of car it was. We trusted Keith enough to know that he would guide us in making the RIGHT choice for us. If you're looking for a down to earth professional who knows what he's talking about....Keith Henderson is the one to see. No matter what dealership he's at. I was nervous and afraid while purchasing new truck. I never purchased Toyota before, my friends have Tacoma. Went to see what you have in inventory in lot. He caught my eyes and greeted me. He is Top Notch, courteous and a genuine troubleshooter for understanding what the customer needs are. His congenial personality coupled with his knowledge of toyota vehicles sets him apart from his peers. I was trying to get another quote from lynn but he just didn't allow me to go and see what is in the market. If I were you I would keep a close eye on this individual. If I was in your shoes I would be grooming him for Higher positions. Your business would certaintly prosper. He definitely informed me of toyotas commitment to customer satisfaction. All in all I ended up buying new Tacoma. On next occasion for Inspection sticker he was very delited to see me. I promised him if I receive a survey will give you excellent review. I am very happy. My family has bought around 10 cars from this dealership and has never been disappointed. However, I went to look at buying my second new car from them and had a horrible experience. The entire time I was there I felt extremely pressured into looking at a car that I was not interested in at all. When I offered my budget, they brought a sales manager out who wanted to know how I got my price, how I calculated it because it was ridiculous. So I left and went to Ira Subaru where they surpassed my expectations and met my price for a more expensive (and better) car. I am disappointed to say that after the experience I had here, I will look at other Toyota dealerships before I consider going back again. If I ever go back to Toyota again that is, I love my Subaru more! So maybe it was for the best. More

My wife and I purchased an Avalon from him and decided to buy another small car for a daily commute. I had his card but couldn't find on time So called Ira and hookedup with a nice guy Cesar. I asked Ricky's phone number to buy a new car because we love him he is a nice person and very helpful in deed. Cesar was helpful gave me a good price as well Informed ricky to contat me. We set an appointment with Ricky to buy a new car he was glad to hear from us. Since that time I told my granddaughter about him. She had been to other car dealers and said what a pleasure it was to deal with Ricky and other staff at Ira. His experience in the automobile industry makes him very well suited for his job. He does anything to get going and get ahead of the curve. In simple terms he is a very hard working, knowledgeable, pleasant, and also a very nice guy. Bait and Switch. Made to 2 visits to IRA Danvers. Ricky sat down quoted price of 20,600 on a 2009 Toyota Camry. I countered with 20,000. They switched the price to 22,600. I objected after the sales man sat down quoted price of 20,600 on a 2009 Toyota Camry. I countered with 20,000. They switched the price to 22,600. I objected after the sales manager claimed he discovered a "mistake" and walked out. They (the sales manager) not Ricky called me back the next day and then offered a basic Camry for $200 dollars over the first quoted internet price that brought me to IRA. Was there last Friday and Saturday 3/28/2009. I saw an elderly couple next to me walkout after a high pressure pitch. Update after posting on dealerrater.com the sales manager called back again for the second time. We worked a deal out... we went back. I got into a jam with the sales manager again. The deal was finally done after some brief showroom theater. Ricky could not have been nicer. The GM couldn't have been nicer. Ricky called everyday for three days to make sure we were happy. I would buy there again. However a certain someone there needs to go to charm school. Everyone else was good or excellent to deal with. More
