We were in the market for a used car without much mileag My husband and I had the distinct pleasure of buying a used Corolla at Ira Toyota in Danvers. We were in the market for a used car without much mileage on it, and we knew we wanted to check Toyota’s out. We had the very good luck to have Frank Moshirfar as our salesperson. We stated up front that we were just looking, and not necessarily ready to buy. He suggested we should consider a Corolla (which I had owned for many years) because they were one of the highest rated cars on the road, and met several of our other requirements. (We had looked at Corollas when we bought our last car, and were impressed with how much the newer models had improved over the intervening years.) We were pleasantly surprised to find several cars that met our search parameters. (I had bought a brand new Prius from Ira just one year earlier, and had been satisfied with my experience.) We had already checked out several other car dealers and knew roughly what we were looking for, and the price that we would be paying, but didn’t wish to be pressured in any way to buy a car. Frank was as laid-back as to be, and said that he could take our exact specifications and call us, because used certified autos were always arriving at the dealership. My husband and I were going to come home and sleep on our decision to buy a used Corolla, but Frank mentioned taking advantage of a promotion over the July 4th weekend. The promotion was over at the end of that day and Frank’s very calm approach to the purchase, made it easy to say yes to the car we had driven and liked. Actually Frank was exceptional in every way. Frank’s knowledge of the cars he was selling was the most thorough of any salesperson we’ve ever dealt with, and he knew the cars inside and out. (During our interaction with Frank, we discovered he had been a talented engineer in a large company. This was readily apparent as he described the cars’ various features and compared and contrasted them with other models.) Several days later we returned to pick up the car. All prep work and paperwork were done to a tee. Casey Tong was responsible for doing the paperwork for the car loan, which allowed us to take advantage of the promotional incentive. He really worked tirelessly, as we have no credit rating - literally. This was all done seamlessly and ready for signatures when we picked up the car. It is not possible to overstate our pleasure with the experience of buying a car from Ira Toyota in Danvers. I was in sales for period of time, and so know a bit about the business. Frank is truly the best salesperson I’ve ever had dealings with. We recommend Ira Toyota wholeheartedly and enthusiastically. More

I came... I saw... I leased. I was in the area for few short days visiting my son and was on a mission to get him a more reliable car as a gift. My daughter and her in laws had just gotten cars from IRA Toyota within the month and highly recommended the dealership... but more importantly Gloria M as the go to person. Because time was of the essence, Gloria was very efficient explaining to us the process of leasing (which I had never done before) and calmed my concerns and answered my questions. We looked and found the perfect car for my son and the process began. Got this done late afternoon on a Friday and by Monday picked the car up and away we went. Gloria was excellent in her time management and knowledge of the car and the process. I want to also mention the business side of it dealing with Ross B. He smoothed the path and worked quickly to get this done asap since I would not be in town long and explained all the money side of it to my satisfaction. Both people text or called me and my son and kept us updated with the steps taking place as they went along and that was very helpful to my son and myself. He is very happy with the car and especially the Toyota care package. We will be back in three years! Gloria and Ross... great job!!!!! More
