I had a wonderful experience at IRA Toyota in Danvers buying a new car. It was the first time I was buying a new car by myself as my husband, who is now deceased, used to buy all the cars. I was scared to go in as I had never been through this before. I had the best salesperson, Martha Murray, who walked me through everything step by step and made it a wonderful experience. She answered all my questions and took her time explaining everything to me. I felt very comfortable and happy with the whole experience buying a new car and she made it fun too. As a woman I was intimitated at first about going into the dealership but I am so glad I got Martha who really helped me and was so great to deal with. Thank you very much, Mary Noonan P.S. Have you ever walked in to a store and said "im just going to have a look." This was my first new car and I have to say I came to the right place. Jim was personalble, caring, knowledgable and did not put any type of pressure on me to make a purchase. Ethiopian Evangelical Church in Boston purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla with the assistance of Mr. Gezahegn Alemu. The Agent went out of his way to be curtious and he expressed his depth of knowledge about cars as he explained the techincal details of the vehicle we were about to purchase. ON 10-31 I LEASED MY THIRD CAR FROM IRA. I NEVER "BOUGHT-LEASED" 3 CARS FROM A DEALER BEFORE. FROM THE 1st ONE THREE YRS AGO TO THIS ONE, THEY WERE ALL PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY GIVE AUTO DEA "BOUGHT-LEASED" 3 CARS FROM A DEALER BEFORE. FROM THE 1st ONE THREE YRS AGO TO THIS ONE, THEY WERE ALL PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY GIVE AUTO DEALERS A GOOD NAME; NOT SO OTHER DEALERS IN MY 40 YRS BUYING NEW CARS. WE HAD THE USUAL BACK & FORTH BUT ONCE WE WERE IN AGREEMENT, IT WAS ONLY A MATTER OF WAITING TO PICK UP THE CAR AND I DID THAT IN ONLY A FEW HRS. THEY KNEW I WAS A THREE-PETE CUSTOMER AND THEY WANTED ME TO BUY AGAIN. I WAS A FAITHFUL NISSAN BUYER (7 BOUGHT IN MY FAMILY OVER MANY YRS) AND A SALESMAN WHO WOULD NOT LET ME LEAVE A SHOWROOM AFTER I TOLD HIM I HAD TO LEAVE, MADE ME DECIDE TO TRY IRA TOYOTA. I HAD NO INTENTION TO BUY THAT FIRST TIME BUT THEY WERE VERY GOOD IN THE NEGOTIATION PROCESS AND WHEN IT CAME TIME TO BUY THE SECOND ONE, IT WAS ONLY A MATTER OF WHICH COLOR AND WAS IT AVAILABLE. THE THIRD (THIS MOST RECENT CAR) IT WAS ONLY A MATTER OF DETAILS AND PICKING OUT A CAR IN INVENTORY. THEY WERE GREAT, AND THE SALEMAN, DAVE LYNCH, WAS TERRIFIC. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY FRIENDS, AND DAVE SPECIFICALLY. I ACTUALLY LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK IN A PROPER TIME AND UPGRADING BECAUSE THE EXPERIENCE IS NOT LIKE GOING TO THE DENTIST. IT WAS ACTUALLY PLEASANT. More

He became irritated very easy when I told him I wasn't interested in certain offers. When I was taken into the business office he told me he wasn't ready for me and asked me to leave for about 10 minutes. He kept leaving the office while I waited for him to come back to do paperwork. Very distracted. I chose the car I liked instantly and decided to buy it but it took 3 hours to get everything done, too long. This is my 3rd new car that I have bought from you and I will continue to buy cars there and recommend you to my peers but if I have to deal with that same business man I will request someone else. We drove over to Ira after having visited a Honda dealer earlier. I have purchased three cars from Ira, so obviously came away from those experiences happy to go back there again. We were first greeted by Mr. Hernandez at the front door and he was immediately helpful and friendly. He took us to meet Mr. Rylant, whose name we had from an internet inquiry. We expressed to Mr. Hernandez what we were looking for in a car and within minutes were looking over a Rav4 as he explained the various features and we then took it for a test drive. Mr. Hernandez was comprehensive in explaining various specs and features of the car and answered all of our questions. As many consumers are these days, I was fully aware of approximate pricing on the car after doing online research and so was looking for a good price. The price negotiation took about 5 minutes total. No messing around, just a quick exchange, consideration of our trade, and we were done. My wife and I drove the car home within a couple of hours. We had not expected to necessarily purchase at that moment, but the car and the deal were "right" so we made the purchase. No buyer's remorse whatsoever. Based on this experience and others I've had with Ira, I recommend the Ira dealership and particularly Mr. Hernandez and Mr. Rylant without hesitation! More
Mark was by far the best car salesman I ever ran into. He was attentive, respectful, and pleasant to deal with. He made sure to take the time to listen to my needs, and explained what he was doing and why he was attentive, respectful, and pleasant to deal with. Yes he did ask me questions, but I found his inquiries to be direct and to the point, which was to help me with my purchase. I never felt pressured, or any sleaze factor while dealing with him. He took care of all my needs and I got a great car at a great price. I would rcommend him to anyone looking to buy a used car. He was exceptional to deal with and I found this to be by far the best used car purchase I have ever made. More
