I've never purchased a new vehicle and of course I was very apprehensive. My concern was that I could only afford a used pick up truck. After speaking with a sales rep and a manager i began to explore a n very apprehensive. My concern was that I could only afford a used pick up truck. Made an appointment and it took them 3 hours hours to get an oil change and maintenance. Would not go here. Service advisor, Denis Breen was extremely rude and kept making sure I knew the place closed at 5:3 an oil change and maintenance. Would not go here. Before my service, I requested that the staff refill the wiper fluid, brake fluid, and engine coolant. However, after an hour and a half, I noticed that the wiper fluid had not been refilled. I had to ask the service staff again to complete this task, which they finally did. I raised this issue with the service manager, but he did not acknowledge the mistake or offer an apology. Instead, he continuously insisted that there was no error on their part. A similar incident occurred during my previous service in 2023. Even a staff member left garbage in my car despite conducting an inspection. Due to these recurring issues, I see no compelling reason to continue using your dealership's services. I believe your shop needs to make significant improvements in the quality and reliability of its service. More
