First I will say that I hate buying a new car and the whole negotiating process. Dealing with Gezehagne was a totally different experience. If you do your homework you will know where the pricing should whole negotiating process. Dealing with Gezehagne was a totally different experience. If you do your homework you will know where the pricing should be and right away I found I had to do very little to get there. I came into the dealership not knowing if I wanted the Camry or the Rav4. Gezehagne took me for a test drive of each and pointed out some important differences and I knew right away I wanted the Camry. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thanks Gezehagne. More

To Whom It May Concern This was the second time I went To Whom It May Concern This was the second time I went to buy a car by myself. I had 09 Camry brought from Ricky Arora. My previous experience in buy To Whom It May Concern This was the second time I went to buy a car by myself. I had 09 Camry brought from Ricky Arora. My previous experience in buying a new car was an excellent experience with him. As soon as I entered the showroom, I was greeted by him, a wonderful salesperson. He introduced himself to me Ricky as my guide to the world of Toyota at Ira. I wanted to trade my pickup and just looking for an economical sedan. He caught my eyes. Came immediately to greet me. Ricky was very patient and sensitive to my nervousness and described in detail the Toyota Camry model all options that I wanted to see if they were possible. This time all because of his phone call, made me think twice to come and take opportunity of low financing may be 0%. He is a man of his words. He did it. I never thought going to change my car in a year 2009 to 2010. He explained in detail why you have to buy 2010 Camry! I drive a lot I need a safe car. He saved my money toward new car. Ricky then showed me some colors and models, hp. of the Camry and I selected one for a test drive. After getting detailed instructions on all of the switches, signals, features etc, we hit the road, he was a calming influence and seemed to anticipate my questions and needs while managing a new car on the road. Back at the showroom, with coffee and snacks, Ricky confirmed my happiness quotient after the test drive, explained more details about the car and Toyota’s great warranty program and Ira Toyota’s excellent service program. I was definitely ready to ditch my Ford pickup and move on to the Toyota Camry. Ricky proceeded to verify Camry inventory that was available. Since I liked the car I test drove the choice was easy. Ricky and I were joined by my family members, while I tried to figure out what I wanted. Both had such great patience coupled with a sense of humor. As I decided on features, he made reasonable offers and went to get approval. However, as I looked through the options book on Ricky’s desk, I realized I should add more features. Unfortunately, this meant additional price approvals and negotiations. Through it all, Ricky was very friendly and sensitive to my needs and attentive to any stress was experiencing. We had coffee, he kept me company while I was waiting for the finance person. Finally the deal was closed. The car was mine. All features included for a very reasonable price. The service folks at Ira have already been scheduled by Ricky to fit my Car with the special features I wanted and I am all set. Also helped me to get my old remote starter transferred. Ricky has been following up for customer satisfaction and indeed, I am a satisfied customer. It was a pleasure to deal with such a friendly, non-aggressive yet effective sales agent who delivers a great product with a sweet personal style. I got exactly what I wanted for a fair price. He is true professional and charming personality. I recommend every one, When buy a Toyota @ Ira ask for Ricky Arora. You will get the best service and a Great Deal. He is phenomenal. Rbinda More
I was greated by Ricy Arora when I walked into the dealership. I told him I wanted to test drive some cars and he said ok sir. However, two salesmen adjacent to him started to smirk and roll their eye dealership. I told him I wanted to test drive some cars and he said ok sir. However, two salesmen adjacent to him started to smirk and roll their eyes. Ricky wasn't pushy during the test drives. He was very accomodating and committed to customer service (smirking salesman take note: Ricky knows how to close the deal.)I went in for the 1.9% over 5yrs and got it without him trying to add other stuff like extended warranty etc. Straight forward that is true customer service. When I picked the car up it had a couple of scrathces/blemishes and it was late - detail shop closing. Ricky said "so sorry sir, please bring it back in a week or two at your convenience and I'll get you right in and they'll buff it out. "call me first and I will personally take care of it". I would be hesitant, but Ricky has my confidence. Ask for Ricky when you go to IRA. More
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ricky. We pulled up and he greeted us immediately out in the code (note: he was the only sales man that came out into the cold to greet us). I told him I was i pulled up and he greeted us immediately out in the code (note: he was the only sales man that came out into the cold to greet us). I told him I was interested in looking at a Yaris. He invited us in, out of the freezing cold temps, got us hot chocolate while he found the car I wanted to look at. He pulled it up to the building, I got in, and I hated it (no offense to Yaris lovers). Ricky asked me what it was I was looking for and I simply told him I needed a really cheap second car immediately. I'm the type of owner who owns a car until it dies, and after 10 years, my car died. Ricky told me a little about Corollas, but he immediately picked up that it wasn't what I was looking for. Within fifteen minutes of arriving on the lot and hearing what I wanted, Ricky pointed to a Camry and said he had the perfect car for me. Of course, my thought was: this guy is crazy! I came here to just glance at a Yaris and he's going to try and put me into a Camry? I drove out with the Camry. Best decision ever! Ricky didn't just find me a car I wanted. He found me a better car at a far better price that I needed. Because Ira is so large and capable of many sales/discounts, Ricky was able to give me a car that exceeded all price expectations, even when compared to a Corolla or Yaris. Honestly, you just cannot beat that. Since I bought my car in record time, I didn't see much of the dealership, but I did get a quick tour. The Cafe and waiting area for the service department was nice. The service area seemed nice and the people were friendly. The finance department gentleman was fantastic (sorry I forgot his name). They had every possible model and color of Toyota imaginable and their online inventory was up-to-date and accurate. Most impressive was that they did not push additional features or try to up sell. Ricky found me what I wanted and that was that. I recommend to anyone, that if they need a variety of choices and the opportunity to find something in your price range, to go to Ira. Their selection is really amazing and their size does provide for more dealer specials. It's worth checking out. You never know what you might get! And if you don't want to deal with a stereo-typical salesperson (although I did not meet the other salespeople at IRA, I'm speaking of other dealerships) then I recommend see Ricky Arora. He will listen to what you want and send you home in it. Ricky does not sell to you, he helps you find what you need. More
