I actually went to trade in my service agreement to downgrade and save some money in these tough times. Mike worked with me and showed me that for only a 20 dollar a month difference I could get not ju downgrade and save some money in these tough times. Mike worked with me and showed me that for only a 20 dollar a month difference I could get not just the same vehicle in a Toyota Brand but a better vehicle with more standard options and better saftey standards. I know Mike is moving into a semi sales and financing role at IRA but i would demand to have him as my sales person again. He does not sell a vehicle to you but takes your needs into account and trie to fit a vehicle to your standards. I have purchasedother vehicles from IRA for myself and my wife and the only reason they scored lower than perfect is pricing. I think all costs on cars are over priced everywhere not just at IRA. He showed me all possible options, and let me test-drive the truck. Melissa took care of all of the paperwork quickly and efficiently, and explained everything thoroughly. When I informed friends that I was looking at IRA Toyota Danvers for my car, the several that own Toyotas all told me that they bought their cars there too. What a recommendation! I dealt primarily with Mike Walker and Jason Ludwig, who worked well together as a team and always greeted me with a smile. My questions were answered promptly and simply and the post sales follow-up. They even made sure my cell phone was synched with my Bluetooth. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase lots of additional packages once I met with the finance manager, Hank Ung. It was the easiest car finance meeting I've encountered over the years. The tour of the dealership and the service area was a nice touch, WiFi in the service waiting area and an upscale snack bar. When every dollar counts, go to Ira Toyota Danvers. More

Upon entering Ira Toyota in Denver, I found a warm and inviting environment, much different from other dealerships. I've purchased some cars in my life and this purchasing experience is by far the absolut inviting environment, much different from other dealerships. A couple of weeks ago my wife & I stopped by unannounced as we approached the showroom we were greeted kindly by Duarte Oliveira. We stopped by just to see if I could comfortably fit in a New Camry. We told him what we were interested in & he proceeded to access a V6 which he explained the benefits & we were off on a test drive. Toyota has definitely changed the design so my 6'4" frame fit wonderfully. Back in 2004 we tried sitting in a camry but I didn't fit. We told him we were here just to try it out. No pressure. We returned last sunday to try the v6 again after test driving an accord the day before. I did a carsdirect quote on line where I received a good price via Robin Duquette. My wife & I presented the quote but before we left Ira we agreed on a better price with Duarte and his management. Duarte was repectful of our needs as well as a great guy to deal with. In fact everyone we met were pretty cool. I would recommend friends and family to Ira Toyota of Danvers MA!! More
Went to Ira Toyota to have our oil changed. Very strange experience in that we walked into the service area where there was a flurry of activity. Not being overly sensitive, but no one said anything to us, experience in that we walked into the service area where there was a flurry of activity. Not being overly sensitive, but no one said anything to us, which is unusual. No greeting, no anything. Another couple came in just a few seconds after us and a service representative passed us by to greet them. We knew that the newly arriving couple hadn't been there prior to our arrival because they were behind us when we pulled into the dealership. Not a nice feeling I'm afraid. Couldn't figure out why we were being completely ignored. The other couple was greeted, asked to have a seat and given lunch (just kidding about the lunch part). To make a short story even shorter, we eventually decided to leave. Maybe they thought we were going to ask for money or something if they approached us. Won't being going back to IRA - not a good experience at all. Made us feel like we weren't welcome there and we're all set with that. More
