He will help you out in any way he can without being pushy. He is absolutely a plus for Ira Toyota. My wife and I purchased an Avalon from him and decided to buy another small car for a daily commute. I had his card but couldn't find on time So called Ira and hookedup with a nice guy Cesar. I asked Ricky's phone number to buy a new car because we love him he is a nice person and very helpful in deed. Cesar was helpful gave me a good price as well Informed ricky to contat me. We set an appointment with Ricky to buy a new car he was glad to hear from us. Since that time I told my granddaughter about him. She had been to other car dealers and said what a pleasure it was to deal with Ricky and other staff at Ira. His experience in the automobile industry makes him very well suited for his job. He does anything to get going and get ahead of the curve. In simple terms he is a very hard working, knowledgeable, pleasant, and also a very nice guy. Called me few times to make sure that I am happy with my new car and his provided services. I told him Ofcourse you did a great job we are very happy. He took the time to make sure that my car is ready on time and time of picking up, meet with a manager Ahmad was very pleasant too. We told him he did excellent job, we are very happy with Ricky and overall experience at Ira. It was very appreciated. We will definitely go to him for our next cars! Thank you, More
Bait and Switch. Made to 2 visits to IRA Danvers. Ricky sat down quoted price of 20,600 on a 2009 Toyota Camry. I countered with 20,000. They switched the price to 22,600. I objected after the sales man sat down quoted price of 20,600 on a 2009 Toyota Camry. I countered with 20,000. They switched the price to 22,600. I objected after the sales manager claimed he discovered a "mistake" and walked out. They (the sales manager) not Ricky called me back the next day and then offered a basic Camry for $200 dollars over the first quoted internet price that brought me to IRA. Was there last Friday and Saturday 3/28/2009. I saw an elderly couple next to me walkout after a high pressure pitch. Update after posting on dealerrater.com the sales manager called back again for the second time. We worked a deal out... we went back. I got into a jam with the sales manager again. The deal was finally done after some brief showroom theater. Ricky could not have been nicer. The GM couldn't have been nicer. Ricky called everyday for three days to make sure we were happy. I would buy there again. However a certain someone there needs to go to charm school. Everyone else was good or excellent to deal with. More
Ricky Arora was very helpful, quick and instrumental in helping me decide what was the best vehicle that fit my lifestyle and needs for my family. My sister bought a car from Ricky and she referred me to helping me decide what was the best vehicle that fit my lifestyle and needs for my family. My sister bought a car from Ricky and she referred me to go to him. I really and truly appreciate the courteous and professional skills that Ricky displayed with me at all times. Didn't have the color and vehcile in stock, he promised with in a week you will have it but i got in 3 days. He also gave me a good deal and well equiped 4 runner. I just love it. You don’t meet a sales man like that every day. Buying a car can be a headache and Ricky Arora made this deal go smooth. Other salesmen should follow his lead. He is truly an asset to the company. Once again thanks Ricky. More

This is the 3rd car (second in a row) I have purchased from IRA Toyota in Danvers. This time I started on line and received a prompt call from Oleg of internet services. He was very helpful with my immedi from IRA Toyota in Danvers. This time I started on line and received a prompt call from Oleg of internet services. He was very helpful with my immediate questions and set up an appointment for me at the dealership. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and immediately directed to Alex Baker of Sales. He was very friendly and helpful, and along with Kastro, provided me with the necessary info about the car, as well as the money figures, trade in figures etc. There was no pressure and they were willing to listen to my concerns and negotiate a very fair price that I could handle.Philip Dumais was very helpful and explained the paperwork. It went very smoothly. I especially want to put in good words for Alex Baker, who took me on the test drive, patiently answered all my questions (this is my first convertible) and helped build up my confidence to drive this beautiful car off the lot for the first time. There was one reservation I had about the car I chose... I really wanted leather heated seats and the car had cloth seats (really nice ones, but not leather!). Alex and Kastro arranged to have new leather heated seats installed and they are fantastic. A special thanks to Alex who personally delivered my car to my door and picked up the loaner/rental after the installation of the seats. Overall, what more can I say. Thanks to all at IRA in Danvers. As most people can attest, buying a car is one of the most difficult and tedious tasks one can do. However, the staff at Ira Toyota definitely made this experience not only enjoyable, but also worthwhi most difficult and tedious tasks one can do. However, the staff at Ira Toyota definitely made this experience not only enjoyable, but also worthwhile. When I went to visit Ira in Danvers, I was in a very rough situation and needed to get a car at a good price and fast. James Bennett and Justin Webber personally bent over backwards to get my deal approved and to put me in a car that I could afford. James Bennett made sure I was completely comfortable in the vehicle I chose (a new 2009 Toyota Corolla) and never made me feel pressured to sign any papers. James was very thorough about explaining everything in detail to me. He took the time to find the car that best suited my lifestyle and my budget all the while making sure I was happy in my purchase. Justin Webber took the time to explain the extended warranties and their benefits but never made me feel pressured to purchase one. Justin was a miracle worker when it came to dealing with the banks and getting me into a payment I could afford. The next time I need to buy a car, I'll be going to Ira Danvers and I will be specifically asking for James Bennett and Justin Webber. Thank you! More
It's such a joke when you see car commercials with people buying a car and driving it away the same day. It has taken almost 1 month and counting for us to even say we have a car. We bought it on Feb. 20th a buying a car and driving it away the same day. It has taken almost 1 month and counting for us to even say we have a car. We bought it on Feb. 20th and right now it is supposedly being fixed for it's second problem, of which we're not even getting answers for. Not to mention we still do not have our registration nor our inspection because they don't know where our registration is. I can give you an answer...it is with them probably sitting at the front desk, they most likely overlooked it. Everytime my husband and I have called Ira, either no one picks up and we leave a message that is not returned or you finally do get to speak with someone and all they can say is "I don't know". The only part of this nightmare I am happy with is that we were provided with a rental to use while they're toying with our car. I believe they caused the second problem because nothing was wrong with our car before they worked on it. Their customer service is horrible. The gentleman we worked with was very slow with response, very nice, but that does not change our overall experience with him. The next time I buy a car, new or used, I intend to travel the extra distance to Boch. I will never do business with Ira again. I should have read the reviews about this place (on another website). The highest rating was 3 stars and they said that was pushing it. Every review I read experienced the same problems as us. How unprofessional. More
Ira of Danvers was great. Chris Okafor was extremely accommdating. My wife loved the service - while the kids slept in the (old) car, Chris brought all the paperwork to my wife, like one of those old " accommdating. My wife loved the service - while the kids slept in the (old) car, Chris brought all the paperwork to my wife, like one of those old "drive-in" restaurants. When the kids woke-up, they loved the play area. Everyone was very nice, and the price was much better than any other dealship would settle on. I was in touch with half-a-dozen Toyota dealerships, so this us saying a lot. My wife had anxiety about dealing with anyone besides her "pet" dealership where she bought her Sienna, but she was very relieved when she actually came into Ira/Danvers. There were no head-games at Financing time, unlike other places (Can you say "Boch"????). Even the price itself: Chris asked me what I wanted to pay, I told him, and all the rest was paperwork. Usually people drive up to New Hampshire from Greater Boston to buy a car; our family drove *down* from New Hampshire to Danvers to buy one. Ira of Danvers treated us very well. When you go there, ask for Chris. More
