I had a great experience with Ricky, Louis and Junior....each of them worked with me on the car I wanted, the color and made it all happen for an excellent price....It took about a week for us to Junior....each of them worked with me on the car I wanted, the color and made it all happen for an excellent price....It took about a week for us to come to terms on the lease but in the end it was a great deal for me as a buyer and although it certainly wasn't the most money they as sales and management made this month by a long shot, ALL were still cordial and attentive to my needs. I was pleased that at the end my salesperson took me to their service department and is setting up my first appointment for service already. Thank you again!!! More

Both events were attributed to the lack of contact between the Internet and telephone receptionist staffs and the actual dealership. Found that explanation odd but ... The specific reasons I can not recommend the dealership result from the sales staff refusal to allow me time enough to confer with my husband or to hang onto the financial rate quote records for the van I had chosen. Chris repeatedly insisted that I purchase immediately because another couple was on the lot and wanted the vehicle. I had to put down a deposit to hold it long enough to talk with my husband. I made a brief attempt to explain I would not buy without running my decision by my husband but was interrupted mid sentence with the "just saying" someone else wanted the van. I was ready to buy. I really liked the vehicle but it was not what I had told my husband that I was buying and I needed to let him know of the plan change before I felt comfortable parting with my money. So, I will look elsewhere for a used vehicle. I suggest you do also. More

I have been doing business with Ira Toyota for over 25 years because I have always felt that they have very good customer service. This time, I was looking to lease a Rav4. I told him what I was looking to do and he searched his inventory to get me just what I wanted.After reviewing the functions of each of the controls in the vehicle, we went out for a test drive. Test drive went great, discussing the terms of the deal went great. I was not pressured in any way. Ricky got me the price that I could afford for the vehicle and I was very grateful for that. I was throughly impressed with the fact that I walked into the dealership at 11:00 am and by 4:00 pm that day I was driving away in my new Rav4. Instead of *subtracting* my $250 down payment, it was actually *ADDED* to my balance. Of course, in the excitement of buying a car, this was not noticed until weeks after the transaction. Not only that, but when my vehicle needed to be delivered, the salesperson asked to reschedule the appointment time because there was a mistake in scheduling my car to go in for the final detailing and he also had another car he needed to deliver farther up in NH. Since I had already taken the day out of work to meet him, I told him that wasn't possible... Especially since they had a week to get that all taken care of. When we met at the DMV, my vehicle was delivered without being detailed or buffing out the HUGE scratches on the bumpers like we agreed. I was not very pleased with my experience. More
