The minute I stepped on the car lot I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the place. The first person to greet me was Ricky and he was kind and courteous and called me Mr. Bob. I was so pleased by his response that I automatically started to call him Mr. Ricky because of his kindness and servitude. He sat me at his desk and made me feel right at home with all kinds of methods to determine my needs and wants and there was no pressure to purchase or any convincing or trying to force me to buy things that I did not want. I was pleased by his professional behavior and his ability to make me feel at ease and a member of the Toyota Family. When I tested the car, he pointed out all the features and was very detail orientated. He made sure that I understood the most essential features and was willing to wait until I understood all that I needed to know. Throughout the process he treated me with kindness and respect and we had a great time. When it came to the signing of papers, he directed me to Mike the Business manager of the car dealership. He went over the items and I picked what I wanted without any pressure. It was the easiest process for signing into a car purchase that I have ever experienced. In fact, I drove off with my brand new 2010 Toyota Prius with the 11 total miles on it that very night.I was very excited about my purchase and the time just flew by. The next day, I had to return the car to have my added feature, registration, and car inspection, and a few other things completed on the car. Mr. Ricky let me borrow a 2011 Toyota Avalon that was valued at about $39,000.00 without asking for any money and he gave me a voucher to put in a full tank of gas. This car had a moonroof, GPS, Satellite radio and lots of cool features. If I could have afforded to buy this car I would have bought it too. It almost made me cry to see what lengths that Mr. Ricky bent over backwards to make me feel like the King of Kings. I spent most of the day driving around in my rental with the back view camera and I had a blast. It was so sad when I had to give up this car, but I was extremely excited to see my new Prius. The Prius was in tip top shape and it was all that I expected and more. Mr. Ricky showed me how to use my auto start feature and he showed me what I needed to do to get 35% off my comprehensive car insurance due to the LoJack feature. He wanted to photocopy the paperwork for me, but I told him that I could do it myself. There are many things that I may have left, but I believe that the reader will notice that I was more than satisfied with the experience. If I could give Mr. Ricky more than five stars, I would give him ten stars based on a five star system. Thanks for everything Mr.Ricky!!!!! More

Boy was I caught a sucker by you people !! I have just bought a toyota tacoma that I had seen on the internet for the full asking price ... however in the picture it had a tonneau cover and when I saw the bought a toyota tacoma that I had seen on the internet for the full asking price ... however in the picture it had a tonneau cover and when I saw the truck it did not ? I asked the salesman what the story was and he ashored me that he would look into it. I finallised the paper work and when I came to collect the truck was informed that it had a rip in it and it had been thrown away ! surely I should have some sort of reimbursement for this ! the Manager whom I asked about it said they had a disclaimer on the internet vehicles and I was out of luck !!!!! I wonder what the better business bureau will think of this ??? I have not finished with this. More

There was no need to haggle or negotiate because the price was excellent. Rajeev (Ricky) was friendly and helpful. He did he best to make the transaction go as smoothly as possible. Rajeev and the finance manager both stayed well past closing to complete the transaction and get us the car the next day. IRA Toyota does not try to tack on extra fees here and there. They also gave a decent offer on the trade in. It's wonderful that I can feel I was treated honestly and with respect, rather than feeling that I've been lied to and been ripped off. More

I was in the market for a Toyota Corolla,and chose IRA because my parents had a positive experience in the Tewksbury location. I came in and was introduced to Ricky. I went ahead and did the deal and was introduced to both Rich and Mike in finance. Both guys were very courteous and described all my aftermarket warranty options without any pressure to buy. Unfortunately, I never got to enjoy my new vehicle as my car that I was trading had a major mechanical failure before delivery of the new vehicle. I called both Rich and Mike who were both very sympathetic to what happened and canceled the deal with no hassle. I wish I could have done business with IRA as it was such a positive experience. As soon as I repair my vehicle and save up a bigger down payment I am going to use IRA for my purchase. However, I recommend them to anyone in the market for a Toyota. More

I brought my Tacoma in for the frame rust warranty program, they punched holes in my frame wrecking my truck. Only after they did this, did they inform me my truck was not covered under the recall. Now they refuse to either to fix my truck or give me a replacement. My truck was fine until I brought it to IRA. I will never go back there again, people were rude and obnoxious. More

I had a great experience with Ricky, Louis and Junior....each of them worked with me on the car I wanted, the color and made it all happen for an excellent price....It took about a week for us to Junior....each of them worked with me on the car I wanted, the color and made it all happen for an excellent price....It took about a week for us to come to terms on the lease but in the end it was a great deal for me as a buyer and although it certainly wasn't the most money they as sales and management made this month by a long shot, ALL were still cordial and attentive to my needs. I was pleased that at the end my salesperson took me to their service department and is setting up my first appointment for service already. Thank you again!!! More

Both events were attributed to the lack of contact between the Internet and telephone receptionist staffs and the actual dealership. Found that explanation odd but ... The specific reasons I can not recommend the dealership result from the sales staff refusal to allow me time enough to confer with my husband or to hang onto the financial rate quote records for the van I had chosen. Chris repeatedly insisted that I purchase immediately because another couple was on the lot and wanted the vehicle. I had to put down a deposit to hold it long enough to talk with my husband. I made a brief attempt to explain I would not buy without running my decision by my husband but was interrupted mid sentence with the "just saying" someone else wanted the van. I was ready to buy. I really liked the vehicle but it was not what I had told my husband that I was buying and I needed to let him know of the plan change before I felt comfortable parting with my money. So, I will look elsewhere for a used vehicle. I suggest you do also. More
