My car died, so my wife and I went out to look at various makes and models to decide what would be the best new car for me to buy. Toyota was originally on the top of my list, I wanted to take a look at a T makes and models to decide what would be the best new car for me to buy. Toyota was originally on the top of my list, I wanted to take a look at a Tacoma and the Scion xB and xD. When we got there, first it wasn't at all clear where to park. Then we looked around, there were a few new Camrys and Matrixes around, but we couldn't see any trucks or Scions. We walked up to the showroom and saw what looked like a new Scion, but when we checked it out there was no sticker on it. We went into the showroom -- the place was utter bedlam. We took a look at the cars in the showroom, but no one approached us, and we left. As we drove toward the showroom from the parking lot, we noticed 3 salesmen hanging around between cars to the side of the building. Guess they don't need the money that badly. Crossed Toyota right off my list. Even if I decided to go with a Toyota, I would never, ever, ever consider buying it from Ira Toyota of Danvers. It is incomprehensible to me that they have such a high rating on this site. BTW, both the Honda and Nissan dealerships we went to the same day were clean, organized, and the staff was helpful without being pushy. More
Teri made everything so easy and helped me get over my nervousness on spending my savings on a brand new car!!! There was no pressure, just advice and help. I have never owned a Toyota. I had previously leased and was in the market to buy new. After months of research, I decided on the RAV4. I wanted to buy close to home. The experience Rickie Aurora provided in purchasing my new Toyota Corolla was very thorough and I was put at ease. He is a very sincere person and it shows through when he deals with the customer. Rick' new Toyota Corolla was very thorough and I was put at ease. He is a very sincere person and it shows through when he deals with the customer. Rick's honesty is his best quality and it was the reason why I bought the car that day. The night I picked up my car it was his day off, however, he came in to make sure that everything was alright with me and my new purchase. As far as I'm concerned, he went above and beyond his job title and should be accommodated for this. The experience I had was the best one I've ever had buying a car. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

He will help you out in any way he can without being pushy. He is absolutely a plus for Motor World and Toyota. I spoke to some one over the phone about used highlander and came home in new Camry. I had been to other car dealers and what a pleasure it was to deal with Ricky compared to the others. His experience in the automobile world makes him very well suited for his job. He does anything to get going and get ahead of the curve. In simple terms he is a very hard working, knowledgeable, pleasant, and also a very nice guy. This is my families 4th car. One Lexus, two Nissan and Ist Toyota. We always feel taken care of. I am a very hard sell and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.! It's not easy going in to make a large purchase. Ricky was an exceptional salesman! He really listened to my needs and answered questions before he was even asked. To make that kind of connection with a customer is a skill you can't teach. He's awesome! Castro The Manager, who introduced him (Ricky) Thanks to him. Also another Manager Ahmad was great who came to say thanks. Melissa was great too. I can't say enough about the entire experience and I look forward to purchasing my wife’s next vehicle from Ricky at Ira! Best Regards to all. More
I just bought a 2009 Toyota Yaris at Ira/Danvers from salesperson Teri Scott. I could not be more happy with the experience I had there today. From the moment my wife and I walked into the showroom until salesperson Teri Scott. I could not be more happy with the experience I had there today. From the moment my wife and I walked into the showroom until the time we left we were treated with respect, dignity and a lotta fun and talking with Teri. We never had a question about what was going on during any point of the deal as we were kept very well informed by her every step of the way. As busy as the showroom was today we never felt we were being rushed or put on the back burner. The price of the car was exactly what we were told it would be and the dealership was very accomodating in helping us out of a negative equity situation. Thanks to Teri Scott you have a customer for life :) More

The first time, late fall of 2003, My wife and I had our minds set on an SUV and had made trips to several other area dealers. We ended up in Ira, test drove an 03 Avalon and bought it. Since that day we have been treated with kindness, respect and professionalism. Our lease this year of a Rav4 was by far the best. We weren't in the best of financial states and our current lease was about to expire. Between Martha, the sales person and Dave, the sales manager, My wife and I were taken care of better than we had dreamed. Not only will I recommend Ira to any one who will listen to me, I will continue to make all of my vehicle purchases with Ira in perpetuity. More

Tim purchase!!! 2. Great to work with. Professional attitude in dealing with customers. 3. Cordeal and very very friendly. Not pushy or tricky. 4. Timely and efficient. 5. Informative and quick. 6. Good price. 7. Trustworthy. 8. Helpful and flexible. 9. Hospitable. 10. Comfortable and fun to deal with Ricky Arora . I am very pleased with Toyota Camry 2010 that I have just purchased from Ira Toyota. They did not push any car on me and in fact, Ricky Arora helped me find something that would best suite me. He kept in mind both my budget as well knowing my needs and expectation for a new car. I thought I wouldn't be able to afford a new car because I was up side down on my trade and was looking for a 08 or 09 used car with very low millage but he suggested why you should buy a New Car? I got a better car, Even after purchasing the car, everyone there is willing to continue to answer questions and assist me. I was able to finance the car through their finance department and finance person was very helpful as he helped me get a monthly payment to the rate I needed to be able to make the purchase. They are not nice and helpful to get you to buy their car, but they still provide the same attention afterwards to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. You never know your options until you go in to the dealership and listen to what they have to say. If anything, go ahead and contact them and you can start emailing back and forth to get initial answers answered. By the time you make it in they will be ready to make appropriate recommendations to you. Had a great pleasurable experience with Ricky Arora(Salesman). The Most talented, knowledgeble and professional person. He knows what he is doing. Even I went back to get my registration, inspection sticker and protection coating on my car he was waiting for me to help. I am very pleased with his service such a nice person. I RECOMMEND TO ALL CAR BUYERS THIS SALES PERSON RICKY ARORA AND THE DEALERSHIP. More
The place is a dump and the service is the worst I have ever seen...I spent 20 minutes in the parking lot..Once a salesman finally approached me, his phone rang and decided his plans for later that night n ever seen...I spent 20 minutes in the parking lot..Once a salesman finally approached me, his phone rang and decided his plans for later that night needed to be made on that call instead of tending to his customers..The manager Jaho or something like that said I'll look into into it after I complained about the service and then asked me if there was anything else he can do...are u S*&^^%$G me?......Yeh there is something else you can do...learn how to treat your customer right and have your salesmen do the same...BTW I ended up going to Woburn Toyota and got my 4 Runner for 800 less (same exact everything) than what Ira was advertising..so I guess crappy customer service does have it's good points...
