I WORKED WITH RICKY ON THE PURCHASE OF MY VERY FIRST TOYOTA. I HAVEN'T PURCHASED A NEW CAR IN MANY YEARS AND I WAS EXTREMLY NERVOUS. I purchased a 2006 4runner from this dealership, cant remember who I dealt with. After negotiating the price, payments, etc. I notice the sales manager walked behind me and I turned around and he gave t remember who I dealt with. It was not comforting. I asked them to clean it up and buff out a few scratches before I picked it up. They said it was no problem and the vehicle would look great when I picked it up. When I arrived they didnt clean anything, I found an ira toyota water bottle under the seat. They also didnt buff any scrathces out for me as promised. After I got it home I realized the back bumper was falling off on one side. I mentioned this to them and they said it wasnt like that when it was on the lot. Also, there was a nasty sulfur smell coming from the exhaust. I took it to a dealership and found out that there was a service bulletin posted on this and the cat converters were supposed to be replaced with new ones to solve the sulfer smell. I am sure Ira knew about this and they chose to sell it without having it taken care of. Just be very careful with this dealership, as with most dealerships they are out to scam you for the most part. More

T've been buying and leasing Toyotas at this dealership for over 10 years. I've been trying to pinpoint in my mind the unbelievable difference this time. It just keeps coming back to Ricky. He determined what I was looking for, I told him what I could afford, and he was honest with me the whole time. I told him I could not afford the add ons they usually give in the managers office, I wasn't even bothered with them! No pressure at all! And timely, fast service. Fast as far as car buying is concerned! In past experiences, I have had to rearrange schedules, have others take my commitments that day, because I was stuck trying to buy a car. Not the case this time! Definately 2 hours less than the norm for Ira! As far as the service dept. I have much experience! And it's all been good. Definatley slow on the weekends, too busy. But they have the free shuttle, which I have used many times! All in all, I highly recommend Ricky and Ira! More
This is our second car we have leased from Ira Toyota of Danvers. We have worked with both Ricky and Kastro before and have found them both to be exemplar in customer service. Ricky went out of his way to make the entire experience seamless. He spent additional time with my husband and I demonstrating how to use our new car, the navigational system, synching our phones with the Bluetooth system. The car was spotless when we bought it and they even re-washed it today as we brought it back to have a new inspection sticker put on it-after a week in the snow storms of New England! I would recommend this dealership and salesman, Ricky, to any one as we have only had excellent experiences with them in the past 3 years. More
I went to Ira Toyota to purchase a 2011 Sequoia through the American Express Auto Program. Before driving to the dealership, I was told that they had Sequoias on the lot. Upon arrival, I gave the sales as the American Express Auto Program. Before driving to the dealership, I was told that they had Sequoias on the lot. Upon arrival, I gave the sales associate the keys to my car for an appraisal and told the sales associate what color and options I wanted on the new Sequoia. After sitting for over an hour, I was told that they would have to search for a vehicle as there were no Sequoias on the lot. And, I would have to pay a $500 deposit so that they could search for a car. I asked why I would have to leave a $500 deposit; if there was no assurance that they could find the car I wanted. Then, I was questioning the value that was given to my current Sequoia that I was going to trade in. I was told by the sales manager that since I was getting such a good discount from American Express, I could not be given top dollar for my current vehicle. Astounded, I continued to ask why. I was then told that Ira Toyota was not getting any incentives or funds from American Express, so the dealership had to make up the cost elsewhere. Angered and disgusted, I left the dealership. Stay away from Ira Toyota. They are devious and corrupt. More

I just got a lease for a Toyota Camry for my mother at the Toyota in Danvers. I myself work in the people business, and I thought I was the best at it, but I was definitely challenged when I met Ricky. W the Toyota in Danvers. Not only he was efficient with my time, curtious, polite,smart, he was honest, which is a rare quality in the car business. He treated my family like gold and I am always a sucker for people who treat my mother well. Loved it. Toyota just brought herself at the top of the list for me with having people on staff like Ricky. He is a true asset to them. After the fiasco, with the recalls, they better invest in people like him more often. More
Hands down the best experience I've had buying a new car. We got a new Prius and our salesperson, Ricky was very helpful, knowledgeable and fast. This was a very pleasant experience. The managers and reception people were very helpful, offering refreshments while we waited. The actual sale took only an hour. All staff were friendly.
