I was extremely surprised when the gentleman who negotiated the price with me, told me that Adam is fairly new to Ira/Toyota. I was sure he had been with the Toyota company for years. There was nothing Adam didn't know about the RAV4, and he went through the vehicle explaining everything to me more than once. Purchasing/Leasing a vehicle has always been very stressful for me, because I do it by myself. I knew what I wanted to buy when I first went to Ira. What I wanted was not in inventory so had to be ordered. Densy and Mike were both very knowledgeable and very helpful in narrowing down styles/option What I wanted was not in inventory so had to be ordered. Densy was very good at explaining options and features of a car that I couldn't see yet and drawing comparisons to another car that we test drove. I worked with Mike to order the car and he and Densy worked well together to see me through to delivery (where Densy took a lot of time to inspect the car and to answer questions). Pricing is what it is - you need to know the parameters going in (invoice, msrp, cost of options, etc.) and I thought the base quote I obtained was favorable. I think dealers can make a lot of money on accessories on the back end (warranties and add-ons), most of which I did not want. I may have paid a little more than bottom-line for the few that I accepted but never felt pressure and was free to negotiate price. Overall, a good experience and I heartily recommend Densy and Mike. More
