I called and made an appointment to see a 2008 "certified" Tacoma that was described as "wonderful" and "previous took especially good care of this truck and it shows. It is mint." I had been looking for a while and intended on purchasing this vehicle. Upon viewing, the vehicle was an absolute mess! I understand that they just got the vehicle in and it hadn't been cleaned yet, but this was in horrible shape. Dents, dings, scratches all over the vehicle. Tires looked like they had 100k+ miles on it. Seat ripped. The center dashboard with radio, heater controls etc, was ripped out. This vehicle should have never been listed for sale. Thee only thing certified is that the previous owner did not take care of this vehicle - the ad was a complete lie. This is not the fault of Jerry or Ted. They were both embarrassed by the experience and tried to find me another vehicle (no thanks). I drove 1.5 hrs.one way to see/purchase that vehicle based on a totally fraudulent description. What a waste of an afternoon. I purchased another Tacoma at another dealer the next day. I would not do business with this dealer in the future. More

We knew our target price including trading the current vehicle - 2008 Honda Pilot. The whole process was a total fun. Walter understands what is important for the customers and helps the process. I found Ricky to be both professional and understanding to the needs of his customer. He was a pleasure to work with. The Ira Toyota dealership was another story. The service center is too small to supp to the needs of his customer. He was a pleasure to work with. The Ira Toyota dealership was another story. The service center is too small to support the large operation. I was told I would have to wait 1.5 hours before they could get my car in for its initial inspection sticker. Ricky intervened by having the inspection done by a local service station which acts as an overflow for the dealership. More
