I bought a New car from Ira Toyota. Overall the experience was about average. The sales man Gezehagne Aleemu was absolutely rude, harsh and arrogant. After test drive when I came back alone I had s experience was about average. The sales man Gezehagne Aleemu was absolutely rude, harsh and arrogant. After test drive when I came back alone I had some questions while driving but had no choice because he wasn't with me. I came back and asked him about the best price to buy with in 48 hours. Infect two vehicles, he gave me a dirty look and appeared to be annoyed. He didn't let me in or asked to sit down and talk about price. He is in wrong business. Would I recommend this place? Heard lots of good thing about Ira. Professional and courteous staff but he wasn't at all. Well, YES! Because right after I went to another dealer but came back to Ira. Frank Moshirfar sold car to me next day. He was quite positive and professional sales man. Even Louis Rylant was helpful in this process. It has been my experience that they all use the same tactics, that is just the nature of today's criminalized cut-throat business world. To be fair, they didn't haggle as much as some places I hate haggling, it's uncivilized behaviour, so for me it's not worth doing. Haggling belongs in middle Eastern bazaars where Semites argue over the price of dried fruit and Gezehagne belongs to there. My experience in the finance department was with MIke who was helpful. Good luck... More

His straight and forward manner was instrumental in my decision to lease a new car with which I am thus far satisfied. My wife accompanied me on my visit to obtain an inspection sticker and Mr. Alemu went out of his way to insure that all of our needs were met. Because of the way we were treated I would not hesitate to highly recommend Ira Toyota and Mr. Alemu to my family, friends and associates. More

In fact we were shopping for a certified pre-own when Ricky stepped in and took control over the whole situation with his skills, courtesy and professionalism. We were always reluctant to lease a car because of the mileage restrictions (We are road warriors). But after we talked to Ricky we had a deeper understanding of the car financing programs. Junior Perez on another side was very confident running the numbers and help us settle at a comfortable level. That was a wonderful teamwork. We were very pleased to lease the Camry, with very little money down and a very comfortable monthly payment. That was very different of what we had in our mind at first. And we are very happy about it. We definitely think Ricky is a great salesperson and a great asset for Era. If you are thinking about a new car or an used one, Ricky and Junior will certainly help you cut a nice deal. A+ for Ricky Rajeev Arora and Junior Perez. Claude and Ritza More

All of the other people I dealt with were as equally courteous and pleasant. AND GREAT DEALS! Seriously, it's THE place to buy or even go back for service. There's a gorgeous room with comfy chairs, TVs, and even a cafe where you can wait on your vehicle. More
Gezehagne was very helpful and assisted us with deciding between our options. He made us feel welcomed at the dealership. We test drove a couple different cars and Gezehagne was very versed in the differe between our options. He made us feel welcomed at the dealership. We test drove a couple different cars and Gezehagne was very versed in the differences between the vehicles. We drove off the lot the same day with a certified pre-owned Avalon. It was difficult to understand the extended warrant plan and we did feel that we would have liked more time to understand the value of the "road hazard tire coverage" and the "car care service plan". This had nothing to do with the salesperson. The cost of the plans should be presented as a lump sum and not rolled into the monthly payment. However all of these plans can be canceled with full refunds up to sixty days from purchase. So if your not certain I think you should get them and then reevaluate. More
Went into the dealer after calling on the phone and talking to the internet sales department. The internet sales department was very friendly and nice. Came in with a possible trade-in (mazda 3 wagon talking to the internet sales department. The internet sales department was very friendly and nice. Came in with a possible trade-in (mazda 3 wagon) and buying a tacoma. The sales manager Louis Rylant is the best sales manager in the business. No pressure, very courteous and honest. I cant say enough good about Louis. The F&I manager was very good and efficient, no problem at all. The salesman Gezehagne was very condescending, and at times rude. We talked about the trade in, his comment was "its a mazda, you cant get anything for this car" implying that my 2009 mazda 3 wagon was a piece of crap. He said toyotas bring in good money but mazda dont. He is DEAD WRONG. I looked up NADA, kelly blue book, and edmunds and their is no difference in resale between the matrix and mazda 3 wagon. We left the dealership because there is no way I was going to accept the trade in value they gave me. I understand cars dont trade in with great numbers, but dont try to BS me. A month later I sold my car ($4300 dollars more than they offered for a trade) and went back to talk to Louis. Once again, he was great. He passed me on to Gezehagne. Talked to the F&I manager and she asked Gezehagne to fax the paperwork to my insurance company. I pre-called my insurance company to get the fax number and let them know they were going to fax the paperwork. 45 minutes later I was finally able to track down Gezehagne to ask about the paperwork. The insurance company never got it and I didnt want to wait and wait and wait. He assured me that the paperwork was sent. I asked to see the fax receipt. He brought it to me and quickly, rudely, and condescendenly told me "here, I sent it, what do you want me to do, its in the insurance companies hands, it takes time." Then he went off and came back to tell me that the line was busy that is why it wasnt sent. I guess he lied to me about faxing it the first time. I was able to wrestle the form out of his hand to look at it to find out that he was faxing it to area code 868 instead of 888. I brought it to his attention, he grabbed the form and went off to fax it to the right number. No sorry, no nothing. At this point almost 3 hours had past since I got to the dealer. Within 15 minutes, the insurance company faxed the form back to the dealer. Now comes the 1 1/2 hour wait to clean the car and get a sticker on it. Why they couldnt have been doing this before, I have no idea. He tried to tell me that I would have to come back tomorrow to get the sticker on the car. I told him not to wash it, just put a sticker on it, I didnt want to go back and wait another few hours for that. He rudely told me "If you dont want to come back, get the sticker somewhere else." I demanded to get the sticker on the car, and it happened (thank god). I spent 4 1/2 hours there to buy this car. That is a record in my 47 years of life buying a car. There was absolutely no efficiency at all. If you buy at this dealer, you better have at least half a day to give them, because nothing happens quick. I suggest, while the paperwork is being done, get the car in to get washed and stickered. I am sure with minimal coordination, things could be done quicker. More
