This is the second time I have purchased a new car at this dealarship. The first car I purchased from this dealarship was declared a total loss in an accident so I returned to Ira Toyota to look into get this dealarship. He followed up with me every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable making this purchase. Within almost 20 years we had only one good experience, which was with South Shore VW. This time I have called several dealerships, trying to purchase a car for my daughter. When I contacted Ira Toyota, we have been assigned a salesperson - Mr. Ricky Arora, who has communicated with us, and sent us a quote prepared by Dan Engelstein, one of Ira's managers. This was the second time we have arrived to a dealership, where the quoted prices were actually honored and no sales tricks have been “pulled”. The vehicle was delivered when promised, the salesperson was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, so was the finance manager. Overall.... I found this to be an honest dealership. Surprising? I was surprised also. They are very aggressive with their sales tactics, but they are willing to work with you. They profit with sales volume, but lets understand that if someone is willing to purchase a car at sticker price who could turn that down? They can become busy at times as they are located on Rt 114 in Danvers. So budget a lot of time and relax! More
