Worst dealer I have ever seen. Not at all transparent and ripped me off. I checked the prices after I bought and the other dealers quoted 1000 to 1200 $ less than these guys. The sales person is a dishonest misleading on a vehicle price and the manager is arrogant, dishonest and a liar. I will never go on the place again, not even for the service on the vehicle. well let me say that when i was looking for my new Highlander. I went all over and the dealerships i went to could not meet my specifications! so my husband and i decided to go outside of boston regio Highlander. He is a great sales person, listens to our needs, situation and come over result.
