I went to IRA with a terrible lease that I was looking to get out of and was expecting to have to downgrade my FJ Cruiser to a lower level pick up truck. I met with Ricky Arora, he took great special care o get out of and was expecting to have to downgrade my FJ Cruiser to a lower level pick up truck. I met with Ricky Arora, he took great special care of me and made me feel special and hooked my up with a special TRD Rock Warrior Tundra. My payments only went up by $50 more per month and instead of down grading I got the Pick up Truck of my DREAMS!!!! It is beautiful and is all black with incredible tires and rims. Both Ricky and Dave went to battle for me Ricky got me an incredible APR and Dave jumped through hoops to get me the financing that I so desperately needed to make my Dream truck a reality. Today every time I'm in my Tundra I'm as happy as can be weather I'm cruising the roads, sitting in traffic, driving through rain and puddles or dealing with New England snow this truck is amazing and suites me in every way. I will never purchase another car from anyone else other then Ricky Arora, he earned my trust and respect. He got me out of a terrible leasing situation and into a great financing situation where i will build positive equity, oh and by the way drive and amazing truck while I'm doing it. I had a really good experience at Ira Toyota, Danvers. I travelled all the way from the south shore to Danvers, because they had the best online advertised price for a used 2007 Hyundai Accent Hatchback. Mark made me feel very comfortable, no pressure at all. He didn't try cheesy gimmicks, or treat me like a sucker. The negotiation process wasn't drawn out forever. I felt like I got a very fair price 2K off sticker. (Show up at the end of the month, depending on how much profit they've made that month, you could get a really good deal.) Don't get me wrong, they are car salesmen. Lucky for me, they did everything by the book: "I've got other buyers waiting for this car", coming over with the words FINAL stamped on the offer. Honestly, if that's the worst of it, I don't think you could ask for any better. The only negative was that I had to wait around for a long time for the paperwork to be put together. The registration and plates were handled beautifully and I drove it off the lot the following weekend. Trust me, I had been to other dealerships and I felt like I was thrown into a pool of piranhas. I would send me friends and go back to see Mark and buy from Ira, Danvers. More
We were looking for a used 4Runner, and had a price point in mind. Mark Aubuchon showed us a few that he had, but none fit the bill (so to speak). We returned several days later, and lo and behold, one of them was a "Manager's Special" -- a significant savings off the original. We negotiated with Mark -- a very easy negotiation, we didn't have to talk to any tough-sales-managers -- and ended up very happy with the deal. Beyond that, Mark personally worked very hard to accommodate some special requests, finding matching parts of some broken items, calling third-party vendors, and checking up on our satisfaction twice so far. The only negative thing I have to say about the dealer is that it requires its sales people to interview any prospective client in depth (at least a 10-15 minute procedure, complete with paperwork) about their needs and even their financing plans, even if they come in with a particular vehicle model in mind. This apparently must be done before they show any vehicles. We went through the procedure first in the used car department, then again in the new car department. It was unnecessarily time-consuming and a little irritating. At any rate, Mark is very knowledgable about the vehicles, appearing to be other employees' go-to guy for information. He is very easy-going, no pressure, super accommodating. He truly wants his customers to be happy. We feel as if we got a great car at a great price, and that Mark was looking out for us. Ricky explained us in great details the benefits and options available in Toyota Camry, the car we were interested in buying. He also explained us the finance options available, since we were looking for financing the car. It was a good experience understanding the new features offered by 0'10 Camry vis-a-vis earlier models. The overall process including paper work, having our doubts cleared to the delivery of the car was smooth and hassle-free. I recently purchased a Tacoma Double Cab. Ira was competitive on price. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and accomodating they were (I had my 5 year old in Tow and the play room also helpe competitive on price. The salesman, Ramon, was very knowledgeable on the features of the vehicle (I was surprised that other dealers did knot always know the packages or features for the Tacoma) and was friendly and accomodating. They informed me of various options for my new truck but didn't pressure me to purchase anything. While they prepared my car, I watched the Olympics in the comfortable lounge with compimentary coffee and snacks at the cafe. I highly recomend dealing with them and plan on purchasing my next car from Ira. More
